5 Marine Insurance MARINE LIABILITY BaoViet s Marine Insurance offers a wide range of liability coverage tailored to meet the specific needs of transportation and facility operators, including: Stevedore s Liability For client liability as stevedore for third-party property damage and bodily injury arising out of vessel loading and unloading operations. Wharfinger s Liability For client liability as a wharf owner for third-party property damage and bodily injury arising out of the care and custody of vessels. Excess Marine Liability For client capacity needs in excess of any of the above coverage and/or excess P&I, Collision Liability and Tower s Liability.
