We offer our employees everything a good employer should: an attractive salary, modern employers contributions, team support and transparent decision-making processes. Attractive employment terms. Our employment contract model includes twelve monthly salary payments and, depending on the type of contract, holiday pay and a Christmas bonus. The contractual working week is 40 hours and we offer 30 days of annual leave. We also like to thank our employees for their commitment in other ways. When the economic situation and the growth of the business allow, you will receive performance-related bonuses.

You can benefit from an attractive deferred compensation model with tax and social security benefits, together with excellent group contract terms. Your net payments into the scheme are turned into gross contributions. Depending on how long you have been with the company, Bertrandt will also pay an employer s contribution into your pension plan. Occupational disability insurance: Additional security for you. As part of our pension and insurance scheme, we have negotiated special terms for occupational disability insurance on your behalf. As a Bertrandt employee, you can benefit from a simplified application process and beneficial terms in the Bertrandt group contract. Your payments into the scheme are free of tax and social security payments and we make an employer s contribution. Private insurance: Long-term security. Future security. To ensure that our employees have a secure future, we offer tailor-made insurance and pension plans. As a Bertrandt employee, you also have the opportunity of taking out a private multi-risk insurance policy with beneficial terms to cover you for a variety of risks.
