Focus on the Grands Crus Key figures 10.30am 12.15pm Commented tasting of 4 Grands Crus appellation wines Lunch in a restaurant of the Côte de Beaune Ex: L Ermitage de Corton restaurant in Chorey-les-Beaune Theme: How to taste from the barrel: Brief session on what you should look for during lunch On your first visit to a domain, you ll get a chance to taste wine straight from the barrel. Though the tasting will be unlike anything you experience from a bottle, it will be fun and memorable. Tasting wine from a barrel gives you some understanding, and appreciation, of the transformation it goes through before making it to the bottle!

2.30pm Transfer to the Côte de Beaune, stop in the renowned vineyard of Montrachet 3.45pm Visit and tasting at domain Coche Bizouard in Meursault Subject: being a wine grower in 2015 This third-generation Domaine is situated in the heart of Meursault and is now run by Fabien Coche! His father, Alain can often be found in the Cistercian cellars below Fabien s family home sharing his passion for wines at private tastings of their superb range of wines. The vineyard work is in harmony with nature and the soil is ploughed to avoid chemical treatment and respect the terroir. The terroir wines of the Hospices de Beaune can satisfy all budgets, from white Grands Crus (Bâtard-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne) to varied reds (Beaune, Volnay, Pommard and even Mazis-Chambertin). To help you in your choice, a tasting is organized before the sale in Beaune. If you cannot be present in person at the auction, you can bid from outside, either directly by telephone or via Internet, or by leaving a written purchase instruction before the sale. The sale at auction of the wines of the Hospices de Beaune remains one of the most famous charity events in the world and all wine professionals await this event on the 3rd Sunday of November. The 153rd will take place this year. It is the central event of Burgundy s most spectacular annual celebration, known as the Trois Glorieuses. For those who don t wish to take part in Auction, free time in Beaune to enjoy the celebration. TERMS OF SALE TERMS OF SALE Conditions of supply: L Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne undertakes to carry out the services according to the program and the general and specific terms and conditions of sale provided and accepted by the purchaser. This program is subject to availability at the confirmation time. The Sensory Pleasures with Bourgogne Wines program is subject to a minimum of 10 participants and limited to 14 people. In case of an insufficient number of registrations, we would be in the obligation to cancel the program entirely and, as a matter of fact, we will proceed to the refunding of the amount paid. (Within a statutory delay of 21 days prior the beginning of the course) Payment conditions: In compliance with the provisions of the Special Conditions for Tailored Services, the full pre-payment is expected as per following conditions: Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the booking confirmation date, 436.50 euros per person Balance due: 1018.50 euros to be paid 30 days prior the arrival, at the latest on October 12 th 2015 This deposit or full payment, accompanied by an original of the present contract and General and Special Terms and Conditions, initialled and signed, shall be sent to l Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne. Solely acceptance by l Ecole des vins de Bourgogne of all of these documents with full payment will validate the order. Payments may be made by one of the following methods: Credit card, VISA, bank transfer. In case of cancellation: By the vendor: Extracts from Clause 4 of the General Sale Conditions: "In the event of services being significantly changed in their content by L ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE the client may cancel its reservation and be reimbursed all sums paid. Excluding any other sum. However it also has the right to take up a new offer by L ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE. Where it decides to take up the changed services, it waives all claims against l ECOLE DES VINS DE BOURGOGNE relating to changes to the services provided. In the event of renunciation or cancellation by the client, for any reason whatsoever excluding those resulting from force majeure, l Ecole des vins de Bourgogne will be released from all obligations to the client who may neither claim delay of the provision of services to a later date nor to repayment of sums already paid. These sums are to be retained by the company as fixed compensation for contract termination. Which means cancellation fees will be calculated as follow: In case of cancellation received before October 12 th 2015: 30% fees of the total amount due will be calculated In case of cancellation received from October 12 th 2015: 100% fees of the total amount due will be calculated
