About eperformance eperformance is available all year round to track your objectives, professional development and general performance via the My Performance Pages. In addition, employees are asked to fill out forms, i.e., Annual Performance Review and Conflict of Interest, via eperformance. Accessing the eperformance System The eperformance link is available via the HR Portlet on the Babson Portal. Logging In to eperformance Your username is your Babson username and your password is whatever you changed it to previously. If you d like to change your password, click the change my password button. You will be prompted to enter your username, old password and new password. If you forgot your password or if you ve never used the system before, click the I forgot my password please email it to me link and have it emailed to you. Process Overview Here is the timeline for the FY09 Performance Review Process. Step 1 - Employee Self-Appraisal - Due April 24 th Step 2 - Supervisor Appraisal - Due May 20 th Completing Your Self-Appraisal Once you ve received an invitation from HR to begin the process, you ll see your Performance Review listed under the My Performance section of your Main Page. To complete your Performance Review form, click on the link.
If you ve previously entered objectives into the system, you can pull them into the form by clicking on the icon. If you have not, you can enter your objectives directly on the form. Click the button if you have additional objectives to enter. Once you ve entered your objectives and are satisfied with your self-appraisal, you can to allow your supervisor to complete your appraisal. If you d like to complete your appraisal in more than one session, you can. Editing Data When You ve Already Saved As Complete If you have already clicked the, but would like to make additional edits, please contact Human Resources, hr@babson.edu or ext. 4128, and we will rollback your performance review. The rollback process maintains all the data you have already entered, but gives you an opportunity to make additional edits.
Completing Your Direct Report s Appraisals (Supervisors Only) Once your employee has completed the self-appraisal step, you will be able to complete the appraisal and provide a summary assessment. From the eperformance Processes section of your Main Page, click on the appraisal. link to enter your employee s You will see a list of all your direct reports, anyone who has a green exclamation point or a red clock next to their name is ready to be reviewed. Clicking on link next to any employee will bring you to their review form.
Please Note: There is no need to retype the objective title or measurement criteria you only need to comment on the objective s outcome. When you are satisfied with your employee s appraisal, you can needed, you can. before meeting with your employee to discuss the review. If Employee/Supervisor Performance Review Discussion We strongly encourage supervisors to meet with their employees in person to discuss their reviews. Employee Additional Comments If you disagree with your manager s appraisal and you d like to add comments to your review, contact HR, ext. 4128 or hr@babson.edu. You will then be assigned the FY09 APR Additional Employee Comments Form. Once you ve received an invitation from HR to begin the process, the FY09 APR Additional Employee Comments Form will be listed under the My Performance section of your Main Page.
