WEBPAGE SETTINGS EMMA HOME PAGE LOGIN SCREEN SETTING Emma UP YOUR ACCOUNT GO TO SOULPURPOSE.COM, CLICK ENTREPRENEUR PORTAL, THEN CLICK EMMA which is LOGIN: Enter your username which is your ID #. Be sure YNGSP is uppercase. Enter the password you entered when you enrolled. (If you do not know the password, click forgot my password and the system will send you a temporary one that you can change later in the profile.) To set up your personal website, click on the applicable brown tab. The system will prompt you to select a web address, then your template. Update your personal data on the upper right of your page. This controls how your name, , title, and phone number are displayed. Update your story by clicking on Page List, then My Soul Purpose story. (or edit my info on template 1) Update your lead collector by clicking on Page Set Up, then Lead Collector. Be sure to enter your cell number to receive text messages when someone visits your site and leaves their information. To set up your address, click on Communications, then and Settings. Enter the address you would like. As a suggestion, your and website address should match. (For instance, if you have pamperingjoy as your web address (pamperingjoy.soulpurpose.net) then also select it for your address (pamperingjoy@soulpurpose.net). You can forward your s to another address that you check more frequently. This will ensure that you can respond to s in a timely manner without having to remember to check another service. Set up your signature so that whenever you send out an , your contact information will be automatically inserted at the bottom. SPM2013-TECHNOLOGYRESOURCES Page 3,
4 SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT Youngevity Back Office Go to (Or use quick link from the Entrepreneur s Portal on SOULPURPOSE.COM) Step 1: Click LOGIN. Step 2: For the initial set up of your account, click activate your website here. Step 3: Fill in the form to set up your account. Select the FREE BASIC ACCOUNT which will give you access to all the business information you ll need. Step 4: Make note of the username and password you select. Step 5: All done! To login in the future, you would enter your username and password in the spaces provided. If you forget your password, click the link to have the system send a new temporary password to your address. Step 6: Now that you have access to your account, click on My Business for the back office and set up your AUTO-SHIP. SPM2013-TECHNOLOGYRESOURCES Page 4,
5 YOUNGEVITY BACK OFFICE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Emma HELPFUL HINTS Change or update your EMMA password. Click PROFILE. Scroll to the bottom for the update password link. Do I need to enroll for both the Youngevity Back Office separately from EMMA? Yes. They serve different roles to support your business. Youngevity Back Office provides your data center volume, orders, customers, auto-ship and genealogy (downline team members) and wholesale shopping cart. EMMA provides your marketing tools such as personal website, e-cards, contact manager, and wholesale shopping cart for your reaching out to your contacts. If you are not a subscriber to EMMA, you can still access some of its basic functions, such as: enrolling new team members and placing wholesale orders. (You would still access EMMA with your ID and PASSWORD as described previously.) Do I need to pay a subscription for both systems? The EMMA subscription is only $10 a month. Since you will get the premium marketing tools with your EMMA account, we recommend that you complement it with the FREE Basic Youngevity Account. EMMA FREE TRIAL. At enrollment, you should have selected the PREMIUM subscription to EMMA. It includes your 30 day FREE TRIAL. If you selected the FREE subscription instead, you ll need to follow the prompts to subscribe once you log into the system. GETTING BLANK PAGES. Whenever you get a prompt that asks if you would like the page to download with only secure items, click no. This enables the general text and other information on the page to download in addition to the secured items. (Otherwise, if you click yes, you will get a blank page.) Access your YOUNGEVITY BACK OFFICE is automatic. From within your E.M.M.A. account. Just click on WEBTOOLS, then BUSINESS CENTER. SPM2013-TECHNOLOGYRESOURCES Page 5,
6 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Emma Continued The Youngevity Back Office contains all of your data (volumes, downline, auto-ship, etc). You can also order through your Youngevity Back Office particularly if you are looking for a Youngevity product that you cannot find in the EMMA shopping cart. (all Youngevity items are available by item number in EMMA) Why do the data fields in EMMA (volume, new Entrepreneurs, etc) contain zeros? This information is not populated in EMMA You can acccess your volume/enrollment /order/downline information in your Youngevity Back Office. To do so from EMMA, click on WEBTOOLS, then BACK OFFICE for immediate access to your Youngevity Back Office. What information will I find in the Youngevity Back Office? The Youngevity Back Office provides access to the following information and functions: Genealogy (your team of business partners) Volume (individual and team) Auto-Ship (set up and manage your monthly auto-ship) Commissions (view your commission statements and history) Orders (view and track personal, team and your customer orders) Profile (make permanent updates your personal data, shipping address, address, etc.) Who do I contact for technical support with EMMA? Please techsupport@soulpurpose.com. While we endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, it could be the next business day before you receive a response. I m already a Soul Purpose Entrepreneur, how do I subscribe to EMMA? Simply go to and log in with your ID # and password. Click on any brown tab and the system will prompt you through the enrollment process. Are subscriptions based on a calendar month or 30-days? You will be charged on the same day each month. For example: If you subscribe 5/28, you ll be automatically charged the 28 th of each month until you cancel in writing to techsupport@soulpurpose.com. What if I don t want to subscribe to EMMA? You can still access the basic features of EMMA to: Enroll new business partners Place wholesale orders Access the Youngevity Back Office SPM2013-TECHNOLOGYRESOURCES Page 6,
7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Emma Can I process Lifestyle Parties online? Yes! Please download the step-by-step instructions from the Entrepreneur s Portal. Is there a 30-day free trial to use EMMA? Yes! The EMMA account is automatically set up during the enrollment process when you select PREMIUM EMMA SUBSCRIPTION and enter your credit card information for the recurring monthly charge. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THE TIME. At the end of the 30-day FREE trial, you will automatically be charged the $10 monthly fee each month until you cancel by ing techsupport@soulpurpose.com. The credit card can be updated/changed in the profile. How do I update my name and contact information that displays on my personal website? Log into your EMMA account, click on PERSONAL WEBSITE, PAGE LIST, then EDIT YOUR INFO (some templates have red edit buttons). Keep in mind that this only changes the information that displays on your personal website. How do I permanently update my contact information for shipping, address, name change, etc? For permanent changes to your account information, please update your PROFILE in your Youngevity Back Office. EMMA pulls information from the Youngevity system at regular intervals throughout the day. Note: Currently, the only things which are permanently updated through the EMMA profile are your EMMA Password and credit card for your $10 subscription fee. CORPORATE S Help, I no longer receive corporate s, how do I get back on the list? Most likely someone you forwarded one of our s to clicked the unsubscribe link which actually unsubscribed you from the service. To prevent this from happening, just delete the link on any forwards. To get back on the list, go to the last you did receive from us and click the update profile/ address link. If you don t still have one of our s, go to SOULPURPOSE.COM and subscribe to the list. Then send an with your registered and ID # to techsupport@soulpurpose.com and you ll be added back into the Entrepreneur s list. Secondly, if you ve changed your address, go into the Youngevity Back Office and update your profile. We routinely download a fresh list to keep the file updated. When I receive a corporate from visionarycircle@soulpurpose.com, it s blank. Please ensure that your software is set to display HTML (not plain text) and to automatically download images. 8 SOULPURPOSE.COM Emma SOCIAL MEDIA SHARE BUTTONS SOULPURPOSE.COM provides a wealth of information for you and your potential customers/business partners. You can share many of the pages via social media using the share buttons at the bottom of the pages on which the feature is offered. ENTREPRENEUR LOCATOR To help your network of contacts locate your Soul Purpose personal website, all Entrepreneurs will be listed in the Entrepreneur Locator as long as you maintain an active subscription to EMMA. Anyone searching by name and state will be able to find you. All Regional Marketing Directors and above will be included when a higher level search by zip code is initiated. Since this is a general search, our desire is to have these leads responded to by individuals who have demonstrated success in both sales and recruiting. ENTREPRENEUR PORTAL From the bottom of the home page, you can access the password protected section of our corporate site for information, documents, updates, training and quick access to a variety of web resources. Once you have both your web address and set up, you can order your business cards, product labels, referral cards, beautiful handouts, table displays and more from our licensed vendor: ORDER YOUR PHARMACY DISCOUNT CARDS Go to SOULPURPOSE.COM and click the PHARMACY DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM link under WHAT S NEW on the home page. Here you can get more information about this incredible lead generation tool and source to create PASSIVE INCOME! About 2/3rds of the way down, you ll see a link for ORDERING YOUR PHARMACY CARDS.
