Creating your Merchant Portal Login 1. Before using WorldPay Mobile, you will need to create a Merchant Portal account by going to Portal.WorldPay.us and clicking Create My Account. (Note: If you already have a Merchant Portal account you will use the same username and password for your WorldPay Mobile login.) 2. You will need the following information: Your Email Address. Your Customer ID. This number starts with 1000 followed by 6 digits (1000XXXXXX). Find it on the decal affixed to your terminal or on your last monthly statement. The last four digits of the bank account number you re currently using for your transaction deposits. The last four digits of your Tax ID or Social Security Number. 3. Once you hit Create Account, you will be directed to continue your Merchant Portal activation. In order to finalize your login for your new WorldPay Mobile app, you must complete your Merchant Portal registration. This will include: Accepting the Terms and Conditions Making your account more secure by completing the security questions 4. After you ve completed these steps, be sure to log out of the Merchant Portal using the logout now link and you re ready to sign into WorldPay Mobile. 2

Getting Started: Login and Home Screens WorldPay Mobile Login Screen WorldPay Mobile Home Screen 1. Download the free WorldPay Mobile app from the itunes App Store or the Google Play Store. 2. Open the WorldPay Mobile app. 3. Login with the same username (email address) and password that you use for the Merchant Portal. 4. Click the Login button in the middle of the screen. 5. The Home Screen appears. Home screen categories Clicking on Card Payment allows you to make a payment transaction The total dollar amount of transactions taken for the current day is on the right Clicking on My Transactions displays your sales, refunds and voids for the day The total number on the right shows the number of transactions for the current day Clicking on Refund allows you to refund a transaction The total dollar amount of refunds for current day is on the right Settings allow you to modify options such as the ability to send yourself a copy of customer receipts; enabling the ability to accept Tips; and set your Sales Tax percentage 5
About the Settings Screen From the Settings screen, you can: Change the default opening page to the Card Payment screen. (You can always get to the Home screen by clicking the Home icon in the lower left.) Enable the ability to accept Tax and Tips. Set the Sales Tax Percentage for your area. Enter your email to receive copies of sales receipts (Merchant Copy). Customize the message on your receipts (Receipt Message). Access additional Information. Legal Notices Contact Us 6
About the Information Screen The Information screen provides links to: The Contact Us screen provides multiple options for finding assistance, if needed. The Legal Notices screen provides information regarding WorldPay Mobile use Terms and Conditions. 7
Processing a Payment with the Card Reader 1. Connect the card reader to your phone by plugging it into the headphone jack. 2. From the Home screen, click on Card Payment. (Note: You can select Card Payment to be your default home screen under Settings.) 3. Swipe the card and the credit card number and expiration date are automatically entered. 4. Enter transaction, tax * and tip amounts. 5. Enter the customer s email address if they wish to receive the receipt via email. 6. The total will be displayed automatically. 7. Click the Authorize button. * Tax amount is automatically filled if you selected Accept Sales Tax in the Settings screen. Tip amount can only be filled in if Accept Tips is selected in Settings screen. You automatically receive an email if you entered your email address under Merchant Copy in the Settings screen. Processing a Payment with the Card Reader (continued) 8. After you click Authorize, the Signature screen appears; customers can use their finger to sign. 9. Click Accept (upper right corner) after a customer provides a signature (if the customer chooses not to sign or is unable to, click Skip in upper right corner). 10. The Receipt Details screen appears. Review the information, then click the Complete button in the upper right corner to finish the transaction. Processing a Payment without the Card Reader (Manual Entry) If the card reader is not attached to your phone, manually input the credit card information. As an added security requirement during manual keying, you will be asked to input the 3-digit/4-digit CVV or CCV2 code. My Transactions and Voiding a Transaction 1. Go to the Home screen and click on My Transactions. From here, you can review all transactions from the last 24 hours, this includes Sales, Refunds and Voided Transactions. 2. If you want to void a sale, click the Void button beside it; a confirmation window will appear. 3. Click OK. 4. The Card Payment screen shows Credit Sale Void near top and Approved near the bottom; click Complete to finalize void transaction. 11
Issuing a Refund 1. Go to the Home screen and click on Refund; the Refund screen will appear. 2. If you have a card reader and the card is present, swipe the card to populate the information (if not, enter the card information manually). Then fill in the amount of the refund and the customer s email address (optional), and click Authorize. 3. Have the customer sign the signature screen and click Accept. If no signature is desired, click Skip in upper right corner. 4. The summary screen shows Credit Refund in the middle and Approved at the top; click Complete to finalize refund transaction. 12
