(A) Login SP System 1) Please use mouse to double click the SPTrader icon on the desktop to open the SP system. 2) Please select the language (English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese) before log in to the system. Enter the User ID and password, then click Accept & Login. 3) If this is the first time of login, Change Password Window will appear. (iii) Position Page Client can review the details of investment holdings under the Position page. Client can close the position by highlighting the product, then press Close Position bottom. The Close Position Order window will then appear. Client must review the trade details of the Price, Qty, and Type field before pressing the Buy or Sell bottom to confirm and place the order. (i) Market Price Window Market Price window is a price list for different investment products. Client can add / delete the investment products, arrange columns of the price list pages, and arrange the layout of the pages. (a) Add New Product on the Price List Page Right click on the price list page, choose Rename Price List, input the name of the price list page. Click on the icon, I, on the top right corner, then the price tree will appear on the left hand side. Select and highlight the product, and drag to the price list page. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-8 -
(b) Insert Price To add one particular product on the price list, right click on the price list page, choose Insert Price, then input the product id. (c) Remove Price To delete one particular product on the price list, highlight such product and right click, choose Remove Price, then choose Y to confirm. (d) Clear Price List To delete all products on the price list, right click on the price list page, choose Clear Price List, then choose Y to confirm to clear price list. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-9 -
(e) Product Information To review the product information, right click on the price list page or price tree, choose Product Information. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-10 -
(f) Edit Columns To add / delete the fields, or edit the position of the fields, double click on the column header. Edit Columns window will pop up. To add a new field, choose the field from Hidden box and press Insert bottom. The selected new field will be displayed in the Shown box. Please press ok to confirm the setting. To delete a field, choose the field from Shown box and press Hidden bottom. The selected field will be disappeared in the Shown box. Please press ok to confirm the setting. To position the ordering of the fields in the Shown box, client can click and highlight the selected field, the press the Move Up or Move Down bottom. Please press ok to confirm the setting. (ii) Price Depth Window Price Depth window displays the real-time bid and ask prices, and the number of contracts of each price spread. The best bid starts from B1 to B5 while the best ask starts from A1 to A5. (a) Vertical or Horizontal View Click on the icon, V, on the top right corner to view the Price Depth Window vertically or horizontally. (b) Change or Lock Product ID To display and lock one particular product in the Price Depth Window, press the * icon. (iii) Option Master Client can choose to view the Option Master Window with different formats, such as Order Depth Mode(0), Basic Mode (1), Distribution Mode (2), and Full Mode (3), by pressing the icon on the top menu. (a) Order Depth Mode (0) Order Depth Mode (0) displays the fields of Bid, B.Qty, Ask and A.Qty. (b) Basic Mode (1) Basic Mode (1) displays all the columns of Order Depth Mode (0), plus additional columns of Last, Prv.Close, High, Low, Volume, and OpenInt. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-13 -
(c) Advance Mode (2) Advance Mode includes some the columns of Order Depth Mode (1), plus some additional columns are the risk parameters (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega). (d) Master Mode (3) Master Mode (3) includes all the columns of Advance Mode (2). (i) Enter Order Window Input the trade details in Id, Price and Qty Value field, and press BUY or SELL bottom to confirm and place the order. Or Double click on either anyone of the fields, B.Qty, Bid, A.Qty or Ask, in the Price Information window. The Id of such product will be displayed in the Enter Order window, and the Price and Qty Value field will be filled automatically at a prevailing market price or quantity. Client should review the trade details under the Price and Qty Value field, before press BUY or SELL bottom to confirm and place the order. Field Ref Inactive AO Description Not Applicable. Order, which is inputted to the system, will not be delivered to the market, unless client press Activate bottom in the Order page of the Account Info Window. Not Applicable. (ii) Click To Trade To place an order, client can input the order details in the Id and Qty fields, choose the by clicking the + feild under the Add column. Or Input the number in the Hit Ticks field and press Hit Buy or Hit Sell, press Yes in the Add Order Confirm window to confirm the order. To cancel order, client can either press the - field under the Del column, or press X buy or X sell in accordance with the buy or sell order. The system will default empty for Hit Ticks field and Today for Hit Type field. Client can set the price range for the trade order by inputting the number in the Hit Ticks field and choose the appropriate order type for Hit Type field. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-17 -
(iii) Modify an Order Go to Order page of the Account Info window, and highlight the order, right click, or double click on the order, then the Change / Delete Order window will be appeared. Input the order details again, and press Change Buy or Change Sell bottom, and press Yes to confirm sending the order. (iv) Cancel an Order Go to Order page of the Account Info window, and highlight the order, right click, or double click on the order, then the Change / Delete Order window will be appeared. (E) Default Desktop It is recommended to have the following windows for the desktop. Client can set up his/ her own desktop and arrange the layout according to his/ her preference. To save the desktop, choose Save Desktop from the Desktop menu and press Yes to confirm. Updated on 11 Jan 2016-19 -
