1 Using Lei Shing Hong Securities Limited (LSHS) Online Trading Services Now, you can take advantage of our fast and secure Online Trading Services to place order directly to the market. You may also monitor the order status, your cash balance and latest portfolio in real time. Please click on the following headings for simple usage steps: Login Online Trading Services Portfolio Checking Order Input Order Enquiry Order Update Order Cancellation Change User Password Exit Online Trading Services Login Online Trading Services Click on the Online Trading Services button. Step 2 Type in user name and password. Step 3 Click on the "Login" button to enter the Online Trading Services. 1

2 Remark: For security reason, if the trading system is idle for over 60 minutes, it will be automatically TIMEOUT. You are required to retype your password in order to activate the system. 2

3 Portfolio Checking The Portfolio folder at the bottom of the screen enables you to view your available limit and stock-holding at a glance. Please review your available limit or stocks to make sure you have sufficient fund or stock before placing an order. 3

4 Order Input Select Buy or Sell button on the top left of the screen when placing an order. You can also click the blue or red bar at the top of the Buy/Sell order window to change the Buy order to Sell order and vice versa. 4

5 Step 2 Input order details (i.e. select order type¹ from the pull-down menu, enter product code, price and quantity²) in the Buy/Sell order window. Then click "OK button to confirm or Close button to cancel the selection. Quick Order Input Alternatively, by clicking the required stock under the Portfolio folder, you can activate a Sell order window to place an order by inputting the stock price, then click OK button to complete. You may also change the sell quantity if necessary. For those clients who have subscribed the real time information service ³, you can activate a Buy/Sell order window by double clicking the stock price queue under Price Quotation. All you need is to input the quantity, as the stock code and the price will be shown automatically, then click OK button to complete. Remark: 1.For order types, please click here 2. 6 Order Enquiry Click on the "Today Orders folder at the bottom left of the screen. Step 2 Click on the required stock/order, the update/cancel/enquire order window will pop-up. Step 3 Select Enquire Order, details of the order will be shown. 6

7 Step 4 Close the Order Enquiry window when finished. 7

8 Order Update Click on the "Today Orders" folder at the bottom left of the screen. Step 2 Click on the required stock/order, the update/cancel/enquire order window will pop-up. Step 3 Select Update Order, the update window will pop-up and allow for order modification. Step 4 Input new price or quantity, click OK button to confirm or Close button to cancel. 8

9 Order Cancellation Click on the Today Orders folder at the bottom left of the screen. Step 2 C lick the required stock/order, the update/cancel/enquire order window will pop-up. Step 3 Select Cancel Order, the order will be cancelled with CAN status. 9

10 Change User Password Move the mouse pointer at Profile Management button located on the left side of the screen, then click on Password. Step 2 Type in old password, then type in new password and retype new password to confirm. Step 3 Click on the Update button to finish. 10

11 Exit Online Trading Services Click on the Logout button to exit. 11
