1 (A) BUY STOCKS WinTonenet Securities Trading Guidelines (2) TRANSACTION (STANDARD VERSION) 1) After login WinTonenet Securities Trading System, a window named WinTonenet Securities Trading will be shown. 1

2 2) Click BUY button on the left side; 2

3 3) A window named Buy will be shown on the screen; 4) Insert the target stock no. in the Stock Code box; 5) Insert the target buying price in the Order Price box; 6) Insert the target buying quantity in the Order Quantity box; 7) Insert the trading password which was offered by wintone (If clients do not need the trading password and claimed in the application, the Password row will be shown as hidden, and clients do not need to insert the trading password before transaction.) 8) Then click Proceed ; 9) If the details are correct, please click Confirm to confirm the order; 3

4 Note: after the appearance of Confirm, do not leave it alone without clicking either Confirm or Cancel, as this will affect the speed of the trading system. 10) After placing order, you can open the WinTonenet Securities Trading window to check the order status; 4

5 11) Click Order ; 12) You can check the transaction records in Order section, Order Status show the current status of the order; 13) Queuing means your order is already in market, waiting to be filled. 14) Other status include Filled, Partially Filled, Cancelled and Waiting ; 15) Waiting means the system has accepted your order, but it is not in market yet. This status will be shown under the circumstances that clients enter order when the market is not open, these orders will be entered into the market automatically after the market open. 5

6 (B) SELL STOCKS 1) Visit A/C Portfolio section; 2) Highlight the target stock; 3) Click Sell ; 6

7 4) The Sell window appears; 5) Fill in the Stock Code, Order Price, Order Quantity and trade password (if needed) respectively, then click Proceed ; 7

8 6) The Confirm window will then be shown; 7) If details are correct, then click Confirm ; 8

9 8) In case the order is not yet done, visit A/C Portfolio section, you will find that the related quantity of the corresponding stock will be changed to the On-Hold column, it means that these stocks are queuing in the market and waiting to be filled. 9

10 9) Sell order will be shown in the Order section. 10) If the order is done, then the order status will be changed to Filled 10

11 (C) MODIFY ORDER (The procedure of modification of Buy and Sell order are the same, modifying a Buy order will be act as example as followings) 1) In Order section, highlight the target order (Note:the status of this order must be Queuing, Waiting or Partially Filled.); 11

12 2) Click Amend ; 3) The Amend window will be shown; 4) Insert the new target Price, Quantity; and trading password (if needed) 5) Click Proceed ; 12

13 6) The Amendment Confirm window will then be shown; 7) If the information is correct, then click Confirm ; 13

14 8) Visit Order section and check the corresponding order, you will find that the Price or Quantity will be changed as what you inserted. 14

15 (D) CANCEL ORDER (The procedure of cancellation of Buy and Sell order are the same, here use cancellation of Buy order as an example) 9) Visit Order section, highlight the target order (Note:the status of this order must be Queuing, Waiting or Partially Filled.) ; 15

16 10) Click Cancel ; 11) The Cancel window will then be shown; type in the trading password (if needed), then click Proceed. 16

17 12) Click Confirm button in the Cancellation Confirm window; 17

18 13) Visit Order section, you will find that the status of the corresponding order will be changed to Cancelled. 18
