2 Login Login Window Forgot Password Option Put your User/Trading ID in as mentioned in your welcome letter. Put your trading password mentioned in pin mailer or received on your mail id registered with us. Password sent by us will expire & you are advised to change it for security reasons. Click on Log-In option. A Password Expired message appears & new page (shown below) for password change appears. Use your Expired Password in Password field. Put New Password in New Password & Confirm Password field. You can also regenerate trading password through Forgot Password option. Note: - Do not disclose your password to anyone for security reasons

3 Password Change Option After successful password change a default market watch appears as shown in below image. Default Market Watch

4 Profile Select My Account option on menu panel and then select Profile option among available sub-options. A Profile List page appears as shown below. Click on Add Profile option.

5 After clicking on Add Profile, Create/Modify Profile page appears as shown below.

6 Put Profile name as per your choice. Click on Default if you would like it to be your default profile whenever you login. Select Template if any. Click on Add Scrip option and a Symbol Lookup page opens up. Select Exchange and Instrument on Symbol Lookup page as shown in above image. Put Scrip Name in Symbol Field or initials of scrip in Symbol Field if you do not know the scrip code. Mention Series e.g. mention EQ for Equity on NSE. Click on Submit and desired scrip option appears below the Submit option under the heading Scrip. Same has been shown in below given image

7 Double click on scrip to be added and same is added on Create/Modify Profile page. Close the Symbol Lookup page. Click on Save option on Create/Modify Profile page as shown below.

8 New profile created i.e. SMC appears on profile panel. Click on it to view the same. New market watch with new profile appears as shown below. Right click on scrip symbol & various options appear including Add Scrip option.

9 A Symbol Lookup page appears where you can locate and add scrip one by one by double clicking on scrip. Refer to below image: Now, scrips have been added. Just click on Save icon to save changed profile. Save Icon

10 Template Default market watch has many headings which you would like to change. Template sub-option under My Account option helps you re-arrange column profiles as per your choice. Click on Column Template, a Template List appears as shown in below image.

11 Click on Add New option on Template List page. A Template Details page appears as shown below. Put Template name and click on Set as Default option if you would like to make it a default template. With the help of Assigned Columns you can re-arrange columns.

12 In above image, you can also assign template created to different profiles as per your choice through Profile assigned to Template option. Now, click on save option after you have made necessary changes. Now, your market watch, as shown below, has column profiles as per your choice.

13 Transfer Fund Transfer Fund option helps you to make instant fund transfer to your trading account through designated banks. Select Transfer Fund option on menu panel. Click on To Broker Account option among available sub-options. A transfer details page opens up with client s mapped account details as shown in below image. Select Exchange and mention Amount to be transferred for trading.

14 Client is directed to payment gateway of respective bank. Use your Internet banking ID & Password to login. Authorize the amount marked against SMC.

15 After successful transfer of funds a reference number is generated as shown in below image. Wait for the reference number for making fund transfer successful. Client can check the funds, after successful transfer of funds, in Funds View sub-option under Trading option on menu panel. Note: - You should wait for Bank Reference Number as shown in above image. In case of failure of the same, fund would not be updated automatically. On few occasions, reference number would not be generated if there is any problem in network connectivity. In such cases, you are advised to get in touch with our helpdesk

16 Fund Withdraw You can put request for withdrawal of funds through trading portal itself. Select Transfer Fund option and then click on To Client Account to place request for withdrawal. A Transfer Fund To Client Account page opens up as shown below. Select Exchange and mention amount to be withdrawn which is due on given date.

17 Click on Submit option. A Reference Number is generated after successful request. Reference Number

18 Stock View/DP Stock Sell You can view your stocks & can also sell stocks with the help of Stock View option. Select Trading option on menu panel and then click on Stock View among available sub-options. Available Stocks

19 As shown in above image, a client can also sell his/her stocks from DP Holding itself.

20 Buy Order You can place buy order for Equity, Future and Options subject to availability of funds. Right click on selected scrip or simply click F1 or click on Buy icon (blue) to open buy window. Buy Icon Buy Window A buy window appears as shown above with selected scrip. Mention quantity, price, discount quantity (if any), trigger price (if any). Select Product Type as Margin or Delivery as per your choice. Click on Submit option and then click on confirm to finally validate the order.

21 Sell Order You can place sell order for Equity, Future and Options using this option. Right click on selected scrip or simply click F2 or click on Sell icon (red) to open sell window. Sell Icon Sell Window A sell window appears as shown above with selected scrip. Mention quantity, price, discount quantity (if any), trigger price (if any). Select Product Type as Margin or Delivery as per your choice. Click on Submit option and then click on confirm to finally validate the order.

22 Order Book You can check your order status with the help of Order Book. It shows status of all the orders whether it is pending, executed or cancelled. Select Trading Option on menu panel and click on Order Book among available sub-options to view the same. An Order Book window appears as shown below where status of order placed is showing Pending.

23 Status of order placed is showing as Pending i.e. the order is yet to be executed.

24 Trade Book You can view all executed trades with the help of this window. Select Trading option on menu panel and click on Trade Book sub-option to view it.

25 Modify Order You can modify pending order with the help of Modify Order option. Select Trading Option on menu panel and then click on Order Book option. If order is pending, same is shown in Order Book option where Modify option is available on left side of order row before Exchange Order Number. 26 Modify Option A buy window appears, as shown below, after client clicks on Modify option. Buy Window

27 Revise quantity, price as per your choice and then click on Modify option. After successful order placement changed price is shown on Order Book window as shown in below given image. Price is now changed from Rs to Rs

28 Cancel Order You can cancel your pending order with the help of Cancel Order option. Select Trading option on menu panel and then click on Order Book among available sub-options.

29 In above image, first click on box against pending order which is to be cancelled. Now, click on Cancel Selected Orders option. A Confirmation Window appears for final validation. Click on OK to cancel the selected order. Confirmation Window Order Cancelled

30 Square off You can square-off your position with the help of Square-off option. Select Trading option on menu panel and then click on Net Position. A Net Position window appears, as shown below, where Square-off option is highlighted.

31 Square off option Click on Square Off option. A reverse order entry window appears on Net Position window as shown in below given image. Sell Window

32 In image shown above, mention quantity, price (keep price 0 to square off it at market rate), discount quantity etc. Click on Submit option and then click on Confirm option to finally validate the order. Now, net quantity has become 0 i.e. position has been squared off successfully.

33 Net Position You can view your position across all market types at a given point of time with the help of Net Position option. Select Trading option on menu panel and then click on Net Position among available sub-options. Net Position Window

34 Margin to Delivery You can change your position from Margin to Delivery with the help of this option. Select Trading option and then click on Net Position among available sub-options. Net Position Window

35 In above Net Position Window image, click on Net Qty option (highlighted). A conversion window Convert from Margin to Delivery appears. Mention quantity to be converted. In case of large quantity, it is advised to convert position by putting small quantities. Conversion Window Click on Submit option to convert the position. After successful conversion, position disappears from the window as shown in below image.

36 Position Disappears Now, select Delivery in Product Type option as shown in below image and click on Submit.

37 Converted position appears in Net Position window as shown in above image.

38 Delivery to Margin A client can change his position from Delivery to Margin with the help of this option. Select Trading option and then click on Net Position among available sub-options. Net Position Window

39 In above Net Position Window image, click on Net Qty option (highlighted). A conversion window Convert from Delivery to Margin appears. Mention quantity to be converted. In case of large quantity, it is advised to convert position by putting small quantities. Conversion Window Click on Submit option to convert the position. After successful conversion, position disappears from the window as shown in below image

40 Position Disappears Now, select Margin in Product Type option as in below image and click on Submit.

41 Position converted successfully Converted position appears in Net Position window as shown in above image.

42 Log Out You can Logout from trading portal by clicking on Logout option on right most corner as shown in below image. Logout Option Message appears after successful logout
