It Also Covers the Programming Part of Each Device To Enable This Application. BASIC REQUIREMENT ITSP provides following information to the user, to use ITSP services & get registered into the SIP Registrar or Proxy Server: (1) SIP ID: It can be letters or numbers. Example: Matrix@ITSPProvider.com or 17473010285@ITSPProvider.com (2) SIP Registrar/Proxy Server Address: It is the Domain-Name/IP in the SIP URL. Example: If SIP address is 17473010285@proxy01.sipphone.com then proxy01.sipphone.com is the SIP registrar address. (3) Port Address: Example: 5060 (4) Authentication ID: Example: 17473010285 (5) Password: Example: XXXXX (6) Outbound proxy: VoIP service provider can host a SIP outbound proxy server to handle all of the ATA s VoIP traffic. User has to enable this feature if VoIP service provider has a SIP outbound server to handle voice calls. This allows the ATA to work with any type of NAT router and eliminates the need of STUN. (7) Stun server: STUN is used if there is a NAT router between VoIP ATA and SIP Server (from ITSP).
