The stadium, the shooting range and the penalty loop are situated at 660m altitude. A2. A A7. Competition Office All arriving teams have to report upon their arrival at the Competition/Logistics Office in the main stadium building of Duszniki-Zdroj, Jamrozowa Polana. Liability and Insurance The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries to persons or material/equipment damage. All participants must be covered by sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the entry by names, the National Federation confirms that all persons entered are covered by such an insurance (in accordance with 1.5.1.2. IBU Event and Competition Rules). A9. Import and export of rifles, ammunition and radio equipment Regulations for EU residents Applicable to: AUT, BEL, CRO, CYP, CZE, DEN, ESP, EST, FIN, FRA, GBR, GER, GRE, HUN, ITA, LAT, LTU, NED, POL, POR, ROU, SLO, SVK, SWE, IRI. When entering and leaving Poland the European Fire Arms Passport and the official invitation of the organizer must be submitted on request. No other permits are required. A Regulations for non-eu residents When entering Poland, non-eu residents have to fill in a form, declaring the quantity of weapons and their serial numbers. This form must be submitted when leaving Poland. These requirements apply to the following countries: ALG, AND, ARG, ARM, AUS, BIH, BLR, BRA, CHI, CRC, GEO, GRL, GUM, ISV, KAZ, KGZ, LIE, MDA, MGL, MON, PUR, RUS, UKR, UZB, SRB. Carnet A.T.A- Procedura This procedure is another possibility for the member nations to import weapons and ammunitions into Poland in addition to the procedure listed under point 1. Member nations: ALG, AND, AUS, BLR, CAN, CHN, IND, JPN, KOR, LIB, MKD, MGL, MAR, NOR, NZL, RUS, SRB, SUI, USA. The application form (Appendix B) must be send to the Organizer no later than 12.12.2015. Import, export and operation with radio equipment The use of radio equipment in Poland is free and does not require registration. A10. Import of Medicine When entering Poland the Teams have to prove Leeds of medicine if required by Customs authorities. Visa regulations and aplications The following IBU member Federations require visas to enter and stay in Poland: ALG, ARM, BLR, BIH, IND, KAZ, CHN, GEO, LIB, MAR, MDA, MGL, RUS, UZB, UKR, GRL, TPE, KGZ. For further questions regarding the import and export of weapons and ammunition and the operation of radio equipment or visa regulations, please contact the Polish Organizing committee.
