2 Planned Evolution of the RS:X One Design Equipment The Class will run a series of 3 test events between now and the end of March 2012 evaluate the development RS:X equipment tested by Neil Pryde Windsurfing with a view putting forward a submission for approval by the 2012 RS:X AGM on the adoption of the RS:X Evolution, either in whole or in part, as the class legal equipment for the 2016 Olympic Regatta. Planned Evolution of the Format The Class has established a format working party put forward a submission for approval by the 2012 RS:X AGM further evolve the racing format used at major events in the run up the 2016 Olympic Regatta Equipment Control Bas Edmonds [GBR], paid a visit Neil Pryde s RS:X production facilities in the spring of 2011 carry out another quality control audit. This is the second such annual visit aimed at tightening up production processes.

3 Conclusion 2011 has been another successful year in the development of the RS:X Class. We had a very successful combined European Championship in Burgas, Bulgaria with the Youth fleets racing at the same venue as the senior fleet for the second time. The Youth Worlds ok place in Cagliari, Sardinia at the same time and on the same venue as the Techno 293s and the Raceboard Class.
