Supported by The Otto Bremer Foundation, Minneapolis, MN Work with Michael Quinn Patton to conduct a principles- based developmental evaluation of the Otto Bremer Foundation s Youth Homeless Initiative. Qualitative data was generated from interviews with the youth themselves, street outreach workers, agency staff, foundation staff and key informants. Individual case studies are being written and a systems inquiry framework will be applied to a cross- case analysis. The approach models a new way for organizations, funders, and evaluators to work collaboratively in complex adaptive systems.
