Primary Responsibilities: Financial Analysis 1. Prepares reports and analysis and supports the development of new requests to meet the changing business needs 2. Obtains relevant data from appropriate sources, ensures quality and accuracy of data, and delivers timely recommendations 3. Assists with other special projects as needed Accounting 1. Manages general ledger accounting for ASI 2. Processes weekly accounts payable 3. Manages accounts receivable and billing 4. Prepared monthly bank reconciliation and weekly cash flow reporting 5. Prepares monthly financial statements including Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet 6. Prepares weekly job costing reports to be reviewed by Operations Manager, CFO, and President 7. Prepares additional month-end reports including revenue recognition for percentage of completion projects 8. Conducts sales tax reporting for ASI 9. Performs oversight of costs/income 10. Manages ASI payroll 11. Manages benefits billing 12. QuickBooks or other financial accounting administrator Human Resources Management 1. Manages Human Resources reporting functions for ASI 2. Manages new hire paperwork 3. Processes employee benefit enrollment and changes 4. Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws QuickBooks Administrator 1. Responsible for ongoing development and implementation 2. Establishes best practices Maximizes QuickBooks to its full potential 3. Conducts team training as needed for QuickBooks users 4. Implements appropriate Project Management procedures 5. Customizes the software according to company needs 6. Builds customized reports 7. Ensures functionality 8. Facilitates and builds improvements 9. Monitors process to ensure quality, process improvements and optimal functionality 10. When required, will support the organization in determining a more robust project management software
