BACKGROUND Organizations globally have acknowledged e significance of gender diversity at workplace. It is well documented at gender diversity in organizations drives economic grow and results in good governance. In September 2015 as e international community adopted e Sustainable Development Goals 2030, greater number of companies are embracing Women Empowerment Principles; proactively promoting gender sensitive policies which advance equality and inclusion in work culture as well as adopting strategies to hone skills and potential of eir women employees. The new Companies Act, 2013 has also made it mandatory to have a women director on e board. Wi active support from boards, rising education levels among women, need for double income families and professional aspirations of women, ere is a significant increase in e number of women in e workplace. Women managers have forayed into all sectors be it public, private or NGO sector wi great success. Many women managers have steadily made progress to reach e highest levels of management. However, women face unique challenges in trying to optimize between professional and personal goals, women often struggle wi how to develop eir own leadership styles and effectively enhance eir power and status wiin an organization. To reach e highest levels of management, it is essential for women to recognize, understand, and transform common business challenges into career-building opportunities. The Management Development Program for Women Executives is especially designed to learn from current management practices across different verticals enabling em to enhance eir managerial competency as well develop eir own unique leadership style. The program will augment eir managerial competencies and help em understand e next level of skills essential for career grow. The program will provide insights about e success factors which will guide women to become better performers as individuals, team leaders, and organizational visionaries. Concepts in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, IT and Human Resource Development. Gender related issues, ose of which have impact on career advancement of women METHODOLOGY The meodology will be an eclectic mix of lectures, exercises, simulations, case studies, group discussions and panels. PARTICIPANT PROFILE The program is designed for women in e corporate sector responsible for showing tangible performance as per e expectation of eir respective positions. Women executives in e public sector wi e responsibility to fulfill e tasks assigned to eir departments. Women in diverse sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, tourism, etc. Women executives in NGOs, public private partnerships, consultancies, and entrepreneurial organizations. VENUE The Program is fully residential and e participants will be accommodated in single air-conditioned rooms. However, e College does not provide accommodation for e family, transport between Airport /Railway Station and venue will be arranged by e College. The Bella Vista Campus of e college is WiFi enabled in a comprehensive way.

DURATION nd The Program duration is from Monday, 18 January to Friday, 22 January 2016. The participants are expected to arrive a day before e commencement and may leave soon after e conclusion of e program. PROGRAM FEE Rs. 54,000/- (US $ 1840 if foreign) plus Service Tax@14 % per participant will be charged to cover tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and oer facilities of e College including Internet usage. Rs. 46,500 plus Service Tax @14% for participants not availing hostel accommodation will be charged to cover tuition, courseware (in electronic form) working lunch and oer facilities of e College including internet usage.
