2 Program Overview ASCI's AMP 2015 is a world-class learning experience at is designed to accelerate e career grow trajectory of e participants. The program offers a unique opportunity to reflect on e major developments in e external business environment and eir implications in e formulation of strategy. The program is designed to empower e participants wi e management expertise and cross functional perspective to drive strategic change in an increasingly competitive environment. 3 Participant Profile The participants are selected from e top management teams of private and public sector companies. Past participants of AMP have been Managing Directors, CEOs, Executive Directors, General Managers, Joint General Managers and Deputy General Managers. Senior executives from commercial banks, finance companies and Reserve Bank of India would also benefit from e program. Officials from Government organizations such as e Ministries, Armed Forces and Ordnance Factory Board would also find e program useful. India Component The program will be delivered in four modules. The global business environment module is designed to enable e participants to develop competencies in tracking e changes in e environment and evaluate eir impact on business. This 5-day program aims at broadening e participants' perspectives on e key trends in e economic and business environment in Europe. The program commences wi an introduction to e current economic and political context in Europe (in particular, Italy and Greece) and its impact on business activities. During e following days, recent trends in e European automotive industry, environmental regulation in Europe, leadership skills (negotiation and conflict management), grow strategies via joint ventures and alliances, will be covered.
