We are partnering with hyperwallet/paylution to pay out your weekly and monthly commissions in the most timely and accurate way. Style Ambassadors will receive an email from Paylution to register their hyperwallet account within 48 hours of signing up with India Hicks. Please see below for a list of fees associated with your hyperwallet account. HYPERWALLET FEES Monthly Maintenance Fee: $2.00 per month to maintain your hyperwallet account. Bank Transfers: $1.00 fee to transfer money from your hyperwallet account to your personal bank. INDIA HICKS BRANDED CARD FEES If you wish to purchase an India Hicks branded debit card, you can do so for $3.95 and have the money from your hyperwallet account loaded directly onto your India Hicks branded card at no cost. ATM Withdrawal: $1.50 ATM Decline Fee: $0.25 Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit: $500 Maximum Card Balance*: $75,000 *Please note, your hyperwallet account may contain more than $75,000, however you may only have $75,000 on your India Hicks Branded Card at any one time. 1

REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT Step 1: You will receive an email from hyperwallet via Paylution to register your India Hicks Style Ambassador account. Step 2: Click the activation link in the email and you will be taken to a page to enter your India Hicks Style Ambassador ID number. Step 3: Once you enter your ID number, you will be asked to fill out your personal information. Step 4: To finalize the activation of your account, you will be asked for your email address and to create a password and two security questions. Be sure to click the check box agreeing to the website terms and conditions. Step 5: Once logged in, you can select to Transfer Funds or Request a Prepaid Card (India Hicks Branded Visa card). 3

TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO BANK ACCOUNT Step 1: Click the bank icon or blue Transfer Funds button and you will be taken to the Transfer Center where you can setup your banking details. Start by clicking the Add New Transfer Method button. Step 2: Follow the steps to setup your bank account. If you chose to purchase an India Hicks branded VISA card, you can also select to have your funds transferred to your card (see below section titled Purchasing a India Hicks Branded Visa Card). Step 3: You will enter all of your bank account details and hit continue. Once you hit continue, you will be asked to confirm all information. 4

Step 4: Once confirmed, you will see a green checkmark confirming you have successfully setup your banking details. From here, you can transfer the money to your account or you can set up Auto Transfer. Auto Transfer will automatically send any money you receive directly to your bank account. PURCHASING AND ACTIVATING AN INDIA HICKS BRANDED VISA CARD Step 1: Select the blue button that says Request a Prepaid Card. 5

Step 2: Enter all of your personal information and hit continue. Step 3: You will come to a review page. After reviewing your information, hit the confirm button if all information is correct. Step 4: You will be taken back to the Transfer Center where you must activate your card by hitting the blue Activate button. (Insert Image 13) Please note, you CANNOT activate your card until you have received the physical card in 5-7 business days. Step 5: Once you hit Activate, you will be asked to enter your 16-digit card number. Step 6: Once your card is activated, you can transfer funds to the card, or setup auto transfer which means every time you get funds in your account, they automatically transfer to your India Hicks card. 6

GENERAL ACCOUNT QUESTIONS Once everything is setup, you can always make changes in your Transfer Center to your accounts as well as setting up Auto Transfer. You can update your password by clicking on settings in the menu bar and selecting Password. You can view all of your account history, including deposits, transfers and fees by clicking on the History button in the menu bar. You can also search by dates under the history section. When you have earned a commission, you will receive an email from Paylution stating you have received a payment from India Hicks along with the amount. Once you receive this email, your money will already be in your account. If you have any other questions about your Paylution account from hyperwallet, you can contact the Paylution support team at 1-888-642-0663 or submit a ticket through your Paylution portal by clicking Contact Us under Resources. 7
