Other News In the 15 months since opening, the Reading CAP Job Club has seen 44% of its 34 members find paid employment through the support and practical help provided by us. With a practical eight week Steps to Employment course, individual monthly coaching sessions, peer support and links to local employers, our members are finding the tools and confidence they need to step into work - all for free.
