With a practical eight week Steps to Employment course, individual monthly coaching sessions, peer support and links to local employers, our members are finding the tools and confidence they need to step into work - all for free. The TVB Trade Finance Loan Scheme is part of a series of funding initiatives to support high growth companies that can impact positively on the economic prosperity of the Thames Valley Berkshire area. Whilst existing loan and equity schemes available from the Funding Escalator focus on medium term finance for investment purposes, this latest scheme provides short term funding to overcome issues that may be prohibiting business growth, such as working capital for specific new contracts; short term irregular invoicing patterns; up-front tooling requirements; or performance bonds/guarantees.
