4 Online Timesheets Your school has the option of switching to Protocol Education s online timesheet system, an efficient alternative to paper timesheets. Opting for online timesheets means you can authorise timesheets when and where it suits you, through a very simple online process log in, view timesheets submitted for your school, and then click to approve. Our online timesheet system: is user-friendly, and quick to learn keeps all your timesheet records together in one place allows you to query timesheets at any point of the process includes an optional feedback form for each booking, helping to ensure that our supply staff meet your expectations

5 Manage Vacancies The Client Lounge makes managing your bookings very easy. Use it to keep track of: Open and filled bookings Your booking history Safeguarding details of individual teachers and support assistants The supply staff you might like to see back at your school Submitting a New Vacancy Your Client Lounge account gives you the power to submit vacancies online in minutes ideal if you need a number of days covered in advance over the course of a term, or even if you are looking to appoint a new permanent member of staff and want to provide a detailed job specification. Once you have submitted a booking online, your consultant will confirm the name of your teacher/support worker for short-term bookings, or you will be provided with a range of relevant CVs and profiles in the case of longterm supply and permanent vacancies. Safeguarding Information Protocol Education maintains the highest standards of checking, vetting and safeguarding and we are committed to providing you with complete transparency. Through the Client Lounge you can access a record of the safeguarding checks completed on Protocol Education staff at your school. Once a booking is filled, and from the day it takes place, you will be able to view the safeguarding document for your candidate (a copy will also be ed to you). Safeguarding Reports Confirmation of completed safeguarding checks can also be downloaded as a spreadsheet formatted to fit your SCR, covering a date range specified by you. In this way we can deliver the information you need, whenever you need it. Invoices and Statements The Client Lounge gives you access to your school s complete financial transaction history with Protocol Education. The Invoices and Statements section allows you to view invoices, payments and credit notes, and helps you to keep tabs on your outstanding balance. Copies of all of your invoices can be printed off from your Client Lounge account, ensuring your records are always up to date.
