See how our days are filled with discovery, adventure, friends and fun. Campers are given opportunities each day to create a wide range of arts and crafts, explore new friendships, discover their talents, set goals and contribute to our nurturing environment. Camp Locations & Dates Jackson Park School 7400 Balson University City, MO 63130 Monday-Friday 7:00 am-6:00 pm June 11- August 10 After summer school & Friday camp Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm-6:00 pm Friday 7:00 am-6:00 pm June 18-July 13th Located in the University City School District, Jackson Park School is approximately three blocks north of Delmar at N. Hanley. Families must provide lunch and a beverage; snacks will be provide by the YWCA. Area does not qualify for food program. Overland Center 2212 Warson Road St. Louis, MO 63114 Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm June 11- August 10 Overland Center is located in Overland, east of Page and Lindbergh on Warson Road. Breakfast and lunch are provided through the St. Louis Food Program. Snacks will be provided by the YWCA. 2 ALL PROGRAMS ARE FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 5-12 West Florissant Center 4632 West Florissant St. Louis, MO 63118 Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm June 11- August 10 West Florissant Center is located just off HWY 70 at W. Florissant, across from Bellefontaine Cemetery. Breakfast and lunch are provided through the St. Louis Food Program. Snacks will be provided by the YWCA. Scholarships are available and will be based on family size and income. All camp locations feature ample indoor and outdoor space to accommodate a variety of activities and weather conditions. All locations are air conditioned. YWCA Metro St. Louis Mission An association of women from diverse backgrounds and faiths, committed to strengthening our community through the social and economic empowerment of women, the development of youth, and the elimination of racism. YWCA programs and services are available to all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or income.

TUITION: FULL DAY PROGRAM: $110.00 per week 1st child $100.00 per week each additional child. (Week of July 2nd will be prorated for Jackson Park since only opened three days). SUMMER SCHOOL EXTENTION AND FULL DAY FRIDAY PROGRAM: $65.00 per week 1st child $55 per week each additional child. (Week of July 2nd will be prorated for Jackson Park since only opened three days). Tuition is due one week in advance of participation in the program. REGISTRATION FEE: $45.00 for 1st child $15.00 each additional child DEPOSIT: $10.00 per week per child $30 discount on families registering for all 9 weeks LATE PICK-UP FEE: $1.00 per minute / per child Please note: Registration and deposit fees are due at the time registration materials are submitted. Deposits are due even if registering for one week or during current week of use. These fees apply to tuition costs, but are nonrefundable and non-transferable. There are NO refunds for absences, or pro-rated weeks due to holidays or cancellation of the program. Financial Assistance YWCA Metro St. Louis strives to provide low cost, high quality programming to all participants. To assist families with the cost of summer programming, the YWCA offers the following financial assistance: 1) Scholarships: Limited partial scholarships are available to qualified applicants. Scholarships are based on family size and gross family income. 2) Early Registration Discount: Register before April 27, 2007 for four weeks of camp or more and receive 15% off your total camp fees due when weekly tuition is paid in full with registration. (No refunds OFFER EXPIRES 4/27/07) 3) Summer Discount: Register between April 21, 2007 and June 1, 2007 for four weeks of camp or more and receive a 10% discount off tuition paid at the time of registration. (No refunds OFFER EXPIRES 6/1/07) 4) Division of Family Services: The YWCA School Age Care Program partners with the Division of Family Services to provide child care services to participants in their Title 20, Protective Service, and Futures Programs. Participants of these programs are responsible for payment of all registration fees, incurred late fees, and co-payments for tuition. A service fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks. WEEK 1 (June 11 - June 15): WONDER WHY? Campers will explore and answer questions to a variety of questions while learning how things work and why. WEEK 2 (June 18-22): ARTIST Campers will be introduced to and study great artist. Note: This is the first week of summer school for Jackson Park students WEEK 3 (June 25 - June 39): HAVE A BALL Campers will learn new games and improve on some old ones, of cause all games will include a ball or balls. WEEK 4 (July 2 - July 6): HOT TIMES IN THE CITY Exploring our own city. Time to vacation to spots in and around St. Louis maybe for the first time or maybe to rediscover them. Note: No camp at all locations on July 4th. No camp at Jackson Park on July 5th, per school district. 4

WEEK 5 (July 9 - July 13): DEM BONES Campers will explore and learn all about bones. Skeletons, fossils and more. WEEK 6 (July 16- July 20): GET MOVING Stretching, dancing, moving, let s get that blood pumping. WEEK 7 (July 23 - July 27): PETS Learn about our pets and other animals this week. Why people have pets, most popular pets and how to be a responsible pet owner. WEEK 8 (July 30- August 3): WONDERS OF THE WORLD Explore the wonderful wonders of the world, natural and man made. WEEK 9 (August 6 August 10) : A PEACEFUL WORLD Campers will have a chance to have more understanding of other cultures in different parts of the world. 5

HOW TO REGISTER: 1 Complete a registration form for EACH child that you wish to enroll in our summer camp program. Please be sure to complete both sides of the registration form(s) in their entirety. Incomplete registration forms will be returned and your child(ren)'s spot(s) will not be held until they are returned. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis, until programs are full. Registration is not complete until all forms are submitted with the proper registration and/or deposit fees attached. For this reason, faxed applications will not be accepted. 2 For payment, fill in the charge authorization section of the registration form to have all fees applied to your charge or debit card. You may also attach either a check or money order for the registration and deposit fees. CASH WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN PAID DIRECTLY AT THE YWCA SCHOOL AGE CARE PROGRAM OFFICE, LOCATED AT 140 NORTH BRENTWOOD BLVD. Any registration form submitted without proper funds will not be accepted and will be returned. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the YWCA. 3 Attach a copy of your child(ren)'s most recent immunization records. 4 If you are applying for a partial scholarship, also complete the scholarship application form and submit it with the registration form(s) along with: a) Two most recent paycheck stubs from each income in the family b) A copy of your most recent tax return 5 Submit your completed registration materials with payment to YWCA School Age Care Programs at 140 North Brentwood Boulevard, Clayton, MO 63105. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. If you need to arrange a time during non-office hours, please call 314-725-7203. DIVISION OF FAMILY SERVICE (DFS) PARTICIPANTS DFS participants are responsible for: 1. Completing and submitting all registration materials. 2. Obtaining authorization from D.F.S. prior to the start of the summer camp program. Any DFS participant starting the summer camp program without prior authorization will be responsible for all weekly tuitions due. 3. Having your case worker contact the YWCA at 314-725-7203 to confirm your authorization. 4. Paying for all registration and deposit fees at the time of registration. 5. Paying any and all co-pays as decided by DFS. 6. Signing DFS attendance sheets when you pick your child up from camp each day. 6

Daily schedules will vary depending on guest speakers, field trips, etc. Additional Information Weekly field trips to various locations are planned for the summer that are aligned with each of the weekly themes. Transportation will be provided via a YWCA van or a leased school bus. In addition to the field trips, guest presenters will provide specialized educational programs. We ask that campers refrain from bringing unnecessary items with them to camp. Toys, technical gadgets, money, etc. will not be allowed. We ask that children wear comfortable, closed toes shoes for safety reasons. On swimming day, bring a suit, towel, and a bag for belongings. Please no grocery store plastic bags. Clearly label belongings with each child s name. The YWCA will not be responsible for lost items. The provided camp t-shirt should be worn on all field trip days. A calendar of events and activities will be provided each week. 7
