SMaintain the modules Asset and Plant structure SMaintain can handle plant and organizational structures via the flexible levels and graphic views. The structures are presented as a full data view or in explorer format. With just a few key strokes or mouse clicks, the work plans can be accessed and current jobs collated. Plant structure can be copied and moved. Work Plans The work plan consists of all instructions for scheduled maintenance activities and the maintenance objects (assets). The interval can be based on time, counters or operating data and conditions. The connection of the work plans and the assets and the resulting work orders ensure the preventive maintenance which allows smooth production. Material / Spares Overview, allocation and assignment and detailed information about the full materials and spare parts for the maintenance activities as well as equipment and resources are provided with the material/spares module. Flexible definable technical data sheets deliver additional information. Ordered requests are generated timeously and forwarded to the purchasing module or any connected system.
