SMaintian Summary of advantages All processes and workflows can be easily customized and implemented regardless of the company size. Existing processes and structures do not have to be adapted to SMaintain because SMaintain will adjust to the given processes and structures. All work to be undertaken, which would serve as preventative maintenance, is scheduled and controlled by SMaintain, and automatically implemented and documented. SMaintain the modules Asset and Plant structure SMaintain can handle plant and organizational structures via the flexible levels and graphic views. The structures are presented as a full data view or in explorer format. With just a few key strokes or mouse clicks, the work plans can be accessed and current jobs collated. Plant structure can be copied and moved. Work Plans The work plan consists of all instructions for scheduled maintenance activities and the maintenance objects (assets). The interval can be based on time, counters or operating data and conditions. The connection of the work plans and the assets and the resulting work orders ensure the preventive maintenance which allows smooth production. Material / Spares Overview, allocation and assignment and detailed information about the full materials and spare parts for the maintenance activities as well as equipment and resources are provided with the material/spares module. Flexible definable technical data sheets deliver additional information. Ordered requests are generated timeously and forwarded to the purchasing module or any connected system. Long range analysis indicates the usage and costs as well as finding the cost drivers. Planning and Scheduling The work plans assigned to the assets and the resulting work orders can be viewed with a graphical calendar view scheduler. Easy drag and drop functionality is provided to move work orders to avoid peak loads and assure a smooth planning and processing of the scheduled tasks. Job (Work orders) Jobs can be created either manually or automatically. The automatic generation of jobs is triggered by the reference of work plans with intervals to the assets. A trigger can be a time interval, usage by a machine data interface or a condition based. The job allocation and assignment center offers a flexible overview of the status of the jobs, detailed query possibilities where stored queries are available and for the users the get-quick information in the form in which the users job profile demands it. The feedback of the jobs will trigger the statistical and steering functions and set the jobs status to e.g. in work, done completed. All these workflows are flexible and adapt to the desired processes and usage. Purchasing The purchasing module was developed for clients who do not have a purchasing system already implemented. Order Requests can be generated and a sanctioning function supports the order process. Creating the orders and controlling the deliveries of goods is supported until the delivered services are completed or the ordered parts are delivered in the receiving module and stocked. Additional Modules for invoice verification, inventory control, and order monitoring are available as well. Analysis/Statistics This module offers the functionality to analyze all the data entered in the system by almost any criteria and any view on the results. Flexible list generators and query options, as well as scheduled analysis reporting and delivery is available. Costs, failures and other efforts which occurred in the maintenance process activities are also available. Drill down functions allow for online analysis from top to bottom without multiple searches and with only a few clicks. A username and password is assigned to each system user where group roles can be defined to set the rights for each function and module precisely as required.
