Third International Tax Dialogue Conference held in Beijing,China, held on 26-28 October 2009. The conference was intended to share and disseminate relevant information about taxes in accordance with the OECD s principles of Tax administration that are adopted by many countries. Timor-Leste is a new country adheres to the OECD but it was the first time participation after the initiative has been held for twice. Government Team leader, represented Minister of Defense of Timor-Leste for Negotiation of two patrol boats construction and participated in keel lying ceremony in Beijing and Dalian province in China, June 19-22, 2009 Chaired meeting on Poverty-Environment Initiative, held in Bangkok, on 12-15 June, 2009.
