INTRODUCTIONS a) Organization International Transformation Foundation ITF- is a non profit Youth development organization created and led by amalgamated youth on principles of stimulus and inspiration for change and transformation for individual achievemnet. This is acomprished by instilling program set through healthy, international cohesion and planting proper standards of priority. With the DBB motto (Discover Belive and Become)! b) ITF Debate ITF debate is a competition and a concrete place for change and Transformation of youth through the exchange of ideas in a persuasive and argumentative manner on selected topical theme crucial for youth development, between Youth attending as Debaters or spectators from different life status, levels, countries etc being up lighted and updated by Guest Lecturers and softened wholeheartedly by young great artists. Participants experienced such extraordinary realm of change could not help but to sob! As they testified We feel like ITF is moving within some invisible providence that gives us wings to live the life of tomorrow. 2010 ITF debate participants said. B) 1. Programs of ITF Debate 1. Debate by University; Colleges Students and other youth. 2. Guest Lectures by influential Speakers. 3. Entertainment. 4. Award Ceremony. B) 2. Attendance ITF Debate s audience is about 250 400 people comprising Debaters and spectators. Debaters are individuals or groups (a group member limited to 4 members) youth (High school, colleges/university students and those in general lives) and they have to go through application process. ITF classify spectators as friends/fans of Debaters and they don t have to go through application process. ITF Debate audience also comprise of Sponsors, Partners, Guests etc B) 3. Prizes Although each contestant (Debater) is awarded a certificate of Participation, only first three ranked by a judging panel and the best overall female 1 and Team 2 are prized. ---------------------------------------------- 1 To encourage female to stand out. 2 To encourage teamwork
