The need to develop modern automated nformaton systems s caused by a huge amount of documents to be stored and processed. The paper dscusses the ssues of constructng such complex electronc document management systems n ther nteracton wth the nformaton systemsof company productcatalogs and other types of electronc documents.these systems are developed to solve a number of tasks, such asensurng fast access to nformaton, storage and protecton of documents, document flow management, etc. We descrbe a mathematcal model for electronc catalogsn the form of a graph. Based on travelng salesman problem the task of proect optmzaton has been stated. The authors descrbe the effect of combned applcaton of electronc productcatalogs and document management systems wthn the company. Key words:document crculaton Document flow Electronccatalogs Document management Automated system INTRODUCTION Storage of documents wth no connecton to relevant current orders or proects does not make sense as any Today, desgnng, manufacturng and sales of networked storage can handle such a task. In ths respect, ndustral products nvolve large amounts of documents: the synthess of EDMS and product catalogs s of the proect specfcatons, reports and orders, patents and greatest nterest. The ntroducton of electronc document standards, etc. Safe storage and quck access to these management system can solve a lot of hdden problems documents contrbute tosustanable development of any and mprove the performance of the organzaton as a company. At the same tme, the tradtonal paper-based whole. Frst, let usconsder the above mentoned systems document management has plenty of shortcomngs, separately. hence, there s the need to develop and mplement automated nformaton system of electronc document Electronc Document Management System: The man management system (EDMS) [1]. element of the EDMS s a document. Electronc document The ntroducton of such a system s desgned to management system nvolvesthe arrangement of an solve the man problems of paper documentmanagement: electronc archve and the nformaton flow management, loss of documents, long search for nformaton, large as well as automaton of varous departments of an storage area, low-speed edtng, etc. organzaton (offce, accountng, certfcaton, etc.), The purpose of ths paper s to study the possblty possblty to add modules generatng contracts, of ntegraton of electronc document management system applcatons, organzatonal documents (e.g., for meetngs, and electronc product catalogs. conferences) [2, 3]. The requrements to modern EDMSsnclude characterstcs). Gven the large number of entres, ther ensurng orderly access to nformaton and strct classfcaton and close lnks between theproduct mprovngcomplex busness processes wthnan temswe need todevelop a mathematcal model at the organzaton [4]. The domestc market systems are slowly stage of creatng the nformaton system structure and developng n ths drecton, however, they are laggng related database of product catalogs [13, 14]. behnd ther foregn counterparts, such as Documentum. In the frst phase of the model development we [5]. In ths work, ths automated system wll be used to formed agraph of catalognodes.to llustrate ths, we shall consder the man problems solved by EDMS, such as consder the structure comprsed of the sets of parts, quck access to nformaton, transparency of document assembles and products, whch together form the fnal flow, mplementaton of electronc archvng and proect. At the same tme, the assembles and products are protecton from unauthorzed access. In developng the the nodes of the same level and can be ncorporated nto EDMS for research and nnovaton actvtes t s each other, whle the parts are fnte elements, formng the necessary to focus on the requrements of the subect bass for the assembly or product. area, rather than use expensve software wth unnecessary features or free non-optmal solutons. We Introduce the Followng Notaton: P s a proect The practcal value of the EDMS mplementaton s as follows [6-11]: Reducton n the tme spent on searchng and fllng out documents. Secure storage of documents: all documents are dgtzed, collected on the server andhave backups. Possblty to retreve accurate nformaton about the authorof the document and all the users to authorze and amend t, wth the exact tme of the document creaton and edtng dates. Full and partal excluson of paper documentaton from the nternal crculatonwthn the company and the transton to the electronc verson of the archve, resultng n the reducton n the costs of document flow management n the organzaton [12]. Thus, the electronc document management system streamlnes the work of documentaton, ncrease the securty of the stored data, but at the same tmet s not be lnked to actual producton [16-27]. At the begnnng of ths artcle we mentoned the possblty of ntegratng productcatalogs nto classcal EDMS so as to ncrease the effect acheved through the automaton of document management. Ths brngs us to the need to study product catalogs. Mathematcal Model of Product Catalogs: The maorty of documents ofa chemcal ndustry company, for example, are based on product catalogsncludng parts, materals, tools, etc. It s necessary to create such an automated system whch wll enable the user to edt records, search the database and generate orders by retrevng a group of records from the database and extractng the necessary nformaton (cost, structure, physcal and economc document, p 1, p 2... s a set of all products, s 1, s 2... s a set of all assembles, d 1, d 2... s a set of all parts. Thus, the proect can be shown as a graph p=[w, M], where W- { d 1..., d n, s 1..., s m, p 1..., p k} s a set of vertces; M sa set of orented branches formed n (w,w ) pars, whch are elements of the set W. Products, parts and assemblescan be ncorporated nto each other by the followng rules: Output onlysparts. Input and output arenodes that are often presented by assembles, but at hgher levels they can be represented by products. Input only s a proect that s the end product. The edges of the graph are numbered to dentfy the possble ways of formng the proect. As t can be seen from Fgure 1, the proect can be made wth varous combnatons of vertces (three optonsare ndcated). Thus, usng the graph, we can assess the proectby varous desgn crtera and f necessary, optmze t usng nterchangeable components. To ensure the best opton, one must fnd the optmal path [15]. Let be the pathbetween the vertces w, w w, w M w and w, wth = { w, } w, LM ( ) L( M ) = SUM ( l ) ws, wt w, FORALL( w, w ) ISIN ( M ) s t the length of ths path;n order to calculate ths length each ntermedate branch (w s, w t) sassgned a weght factor l s applcablty of the ws,wt vertex wsn the vertex w t), determnng ts value: the prce of a product, mass of a part, manufacturng tme, etc. Thus, the path length from the vertex w to the vertex w s equal to: 1781

mn ( p ) ISIN ( M ) w0, s l = L ( M ) = SUM ( L ( M )) + mn ( s ) ISIN ( M ) mn w0, p w0, P SUM ( L ( M )) + L( M ) Fg. 1: Presentaton of the proect n the form of a graph A full applcablty of the node w n the node w s w, calculated as a mnmum length of the path M : Based on the database of products, assembles, parts and boundary condtons (these are defned by the customer, or the current nventory / busness needs and can be expressed n the amount of materal / products, cost, company budget enterprse, tme slots) we determne the optmal paths n the graph P. Then the goal functon s the functon of the proect effcency: F P SUM l ( ) = ( w, P) FORALL( w, w ) ISIN ( P) The formulated problem of the proect optmzaton,, mn ( w lw w ) s formulated as travelng salesman problem, whch can be = L M solved by any of the exstng methods for extremal combnatoral problems, such as the exhaustve Consequently, the applcablty of the part w 0 n the method, the branch-and-bound method. As a result of proect s determned as the optmum poston of the parts solvng the problem, the optmal set of parts, assembles nsde the assembles s, products p, or n the proect P: and products for the gven order s formed [15].
