13. Other Cnditins Once the Prepaid Travel Card is issued, the same shall nt be reladed during the same travel It is advisable t sign the strip f the back f the card at the time f receiving the card. At the request f the hlder r upn the lapse f 90 days frm the date f return f the hlder t Sri Lanka, whichever date that cme first, the unutilized value remaining in the NDB TravelPal; - May be credited t a freign currency accunt maintained by the hlder, if the Travel Card had been laded by debiting such an accunt, up t the amunt that had been debited; OR - May be withdrawn in rupees by the hlder r credited t an accunt maintained by the hlder in Sri Lanka rupees.
