Cruise Terminal 4 A Cruise Terminal and plan for the surrounding area Cruise ships to Aarhus Harbor have been popular over the last couple of years, especially because passengers are within walking distance to the city of Aarhus, Denmark. The municipality has now settled plans to bring the city and the harbor in closer contact with each other, but the designs need to be prepared. This project was designed under terms set by the municipality and contains 22,000 m2 of business space, underground parking and a recreational area.
The site includes separate traffic plans for pedestrians and vehicles, while making the site publicly accessible. The design was based on an overall plan of the site and a more detailed plan of the cruise terminal. The focus has been managing traffic on the ground and transforming the surroundings into exciting areas. 5Crusie Terminal

Bergen Green Bergen Green is a 31-unit condominium project in Brooklyn, with parking and storage in the cellar level. The project is green by design, using power from windmills, high efficiency heaters, and green building materials. The design works with shared private indoor and outdoor recreational spaces. All residents have access to the building s gym facilities and recreational room, along with an innovative roof that provides an outdoor experience with live roof plantings interspersed with paved areas. MEWS CARLTON AVENUE ADELPHI STREET The Carlton Mews is a 40-unit high-end condominium project located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The project stands in unique contrast to the charmless glass and steel towers being developed all over New York City, and consists of the integration of new, contextually appropriate residential construction with the careful restoration of a 19th century Greek Revival townhouse and two 19th century church structures, all of which will be converted to residential use. Units will range in size from one to three bedroom apartments. ADELPHI CHURCH EXISTING TOWN HOUSE NEW TOWN HOUSE Plan of The Carlton Mews Twenty underground Parking Spaces will be available for purchase, and the residents of the complex will share the private use of a Common Landscaped Garden Area (mews). The project site is located on a through-block extending from Carlton Avenue to Adelphi Street, and located between DeKalb Avenue and Willoughby Avenue, one block from Fort Greene Park. The neighborhood largely consists of 4-Story Brownstone Residences set among tree-lined streets. 5th Avenue 5th Avenue is a mixed-use development located in the attractive area of Park Slope in Brooklyn. The 4-unit condo residential space is designed to integrate with commercial space on the ground floor and cellar level. The building incorporates a screen, which is the head element of the project, providing both a street wall and a unique character. While the screen prevents direct sunlight, daylight floods into the apartments through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the patios and balconies. The four 2-bedroom apartments have abundant closet space, and large bathrooms and kitchens. The living/dining room becomes the center of light and open space, with floor to height windows facing St. John s Street and folding doors opening to the patios and balconies. The roof level provides the shared recreational area for the tenants, finished with planted and paved areas. 5th Avenue, 4 condominiums and commercial space. 12
