(e) Fencing: A solid Masonry wall of not less than 6 feet in height shall be located along all lot lines (f) Lighting: All necessary lighting shall be so oriented as to prevent any direct glare or nuisance of Sec (D) also states that: Minimum Lot Area: 15,000 sq Maximum Building Height: 4 Stories or 45 ft. whichever is less Minimum Pervious Area: 15% (a) To the extent possible, as determined by the City manager, all retail, service, wholesale, and manufacturing activities relating to the uses permitted herein shall be conducted entirely within an enclosed and roofed structure. Sec (D) also states that: Minimum Lot Area: 1 gross acre Maximum Lot Width: 100 ft. The following setbacks shall apply to all one-story structures and shall be increased by 5 feet for every story thereafter: Front: 30 ft Adjacent Residential : 25 Maximum Building Height: 3 Stories or 35 ft. whichever is less. A height in excess of three (3) stories may be approved by the City Council as a conditional use. Radio towers, where incidental to a business or industrial use in a business zoning district, may extend to a height of one hundred fifty (150) feet measured from ground elevation, provided that any such installation shall conform to the provisions of all County airport zoning regulations.
