4 OWNER / BUILDER Raised in Torino, Italy, Fabio Granato s interest in buildings and architecture was fostered by working in the family s construction business at an early age. In his partnership with Vittorio Assaf, Fabio is responsible for the design, construction, and renovation of the restaurants spaces. Vittorio Assaf grew up in Milan where he earned a degree in Political Science before studying Law at the University of Urbino. He spent eight years moved on to pursue an opportunity in the fashion industry. He came to businesses. featured original paintings by Andy Warhol and quickly became a true Manhattan hot spot. Vittorio works tirelessly and with undiminished enthusiasm for all his ventures.
