1 Programming and space design is a procedural methodology used by architects, interior designers, engineers and other design professionals to complete functional and appropriate solutions of design problems. It proceeds in a linear, step-by-step fashion from the very abstract to the concrete, with frequent return visits to prior steps as additional information is developed. 3 III Planning - Prepare relational bubble diagrams - Establish circulation paths - Ensure preliminary code compliance - Develop space plans Concept Statement: Green & Contemporary Houston, 19 August, 2010 IV Design Dear Client, - Generate concept sketches - Construct study models - Devise patters, texture and color studies - Prepare freehand soft line renderings - Draft outline specifications RFS Group Design, will provide a floor plan concept which is based on Green and Contemporary design, will apply natural light, facilitate the entrances of natural fresh air when climate is nice. The floor plan will provide the feeling of a loft with open spaces areas in the main traffics areas of the house at the same time will unifying Living Room, Kitchen and formal Dining areas with transitional suspended ceiling.
