Be empowered with our limit and stop limit orders to trade or hedge your portfolio. - Counter Details Tap onto the CFD you are looking for and find all the information you need to trade. Find out current prices, day and year ranges, trading costs and margin requirements all in one view. - Multi-Product App Trade Shares CFD or Direct Market Access (DMA) CFD from 1 app conveniently. Simply move from one trading mode to the other within the same account. 1.3 System Overview POEMS Mobile can be accessed with WIFI / GPRS / WAP enabled device. It can be used in countries or territories where operators have roaming agreements with local telecommunication service provider. POEMS and PhillipCapital group are not liable for any losses, costs or damages howsoever incurred as a result of the use of this service. Getting Started 2.1 Login 2
To access the POEMS Mobile platform, after installing POEMS Mobile from the App Store, user can tap on the POEMS Mobile icon in the Home menu. The login screen will be as shown below. 1.User ID For user to key in the POEMS account number. 2.Password For user to key in their POEMS account password here. 3.'Sign In' button After keying in the User ID and Password, user can tap on Sign In to log into the POEMS Mobile platform. 4.Announcement This panel will display the latest announcements for POEMS Mobile platform. 5.Indices This panel will display the various major indices to the user. 6.Hotline **Note: displayed indices are delayed 15 20mins For user to tap on the icon to call customer service hotline directly. 2.2 Menu page 3
The Menu page will be the default landing page of the system. It displays all the various modules available in the POEMS Mobile platform. List of Icons Watch List Trade The Watch List module will display the user s watch lists. The Trade module allows user to search, submit trades, and add contracts of interest to Watch List. Order Status Counter Details The Order Status module displays the list of orders that are submitted today and past orders. The Counter Details module allows user to search for contracts of interest, and will display details such as prices, commission rates, finance charges and margin requirements. Portfolio The Portfolio module displays the list of open positions. Announcement The Announcement module displays a list of latest announcements that are posted on POEMS CFD Mobile platform. Settings Hotline Help The Settings module will allow user to set their preferences. Clicking on the Hotline icon will dial the Phillip CFD Customer Service Hotline. The Help module will redirect user to the POEMS Mobile (CFD) user guide. P button At any time when you tap on the, it will bring you back to the menu page. 1. Logout - Tapping on Logout will log the user out of the platform. 2. Search - Tapping the search icon will bring the user to the search page to search for any contract of interest. 3. Menu - A shortcut menu that is displayed at the bottom of each page for quick access to various functions. 4. CFD or CFD DMA - User needs to select CFD or CFD DMA to trade on the right CFD type Back to Top 3. Using the system 3.1 Trade The Trade module allows user to search and submit trades for the contracts of interest. 5
3.1.1 Search The Search screen will be activated when the user clicks on Trade in the bottom menu. The user can key in the contract of interest in the Search Input box and a list of related results will be listed on the Results list. The search will be conducted with reference to the contract s name, symbol and selected market. 1.Market - For user to select the market of choice. selection 2.Search Input - For user to key in a value for the query. box 3.Results list - This panel will display the list of results based on the query submitted by the user. - Tap on the contract name/symbol, which will redirect the user to Trade screen. 3.1.2 Trade 6
The Trade screen is for the user to submit trades for the selected contract. 1.Price information - This panel will display the information of the selected contract. 2.Price - For user to key in the price for the order submission. 3.Quantity - For user to key in the quantity for the order submission. 4.Contract Value - Equals to: Price x Quantity - Automatically calculated by the system. 5.Order type - Select the type of order. 6.Buy/Sell 7.Price roller 8.Quantity roller - Tap on Buy or Sell to proceed to Order Confirmation screen. - Roller function to allow user to select the price from a set of predefined values. - Roller function to allow user to select the quantity from a set of predefined values. 3.1.3 Order confirmation 7
The Order Confirmation screen is used as a confirmation check for the submitted order. The user is required to check the order input and key in the password to confirm submission of order. 1.Price - This panel will display the information of the contract selected. information 2.Order submitted - This panel will display the order that has been keyed in previously. For user to review/verify the inputs keyed into the Trade screen. 3.Password input - For user to key in the account password for the order submission. - The user will be redirected to the Order Status module after the order is submitted. 3.2 Order Status 8
The Order Status module will display the list of orders that are submitted today and past orders. 3.2.1 View Order Status The Order Status screen allows the user to view the updated list of today s orders and past orders. The Order Details screen allows the user to view the details of the order. The user can withdraw orders here. 1.Today's - This tab will display a list of today's orders. Orders 2.Past Orders - This tab will display a list of orders that were submitted during the last 7 days. 3.Title bar - Tap on the particular header and user will be able to sort according to selected header value. 4.List of orders - Tap on any particular order to view the order details. 5.Order details - This panel will display the details of the order submitted. 9
6. Withdraw - Tap on Withdraw to conduct a withdrawal. - User will not be able to withdraw orders that are already processed. 3.2.2 Withdraw Confirmation 1. Confirm Withdraw pop-up - The pop-up is for user to confirm the order withdrawal. 3.4 Watch List The Watch List module will display the user s watch list(s), if any. Each account can store up to 5 different watch lists with each watch list containing up to 20 different contracts. Each watch list can contain contracts across different markets. 3.4.1 View Watch List The Watch List screen displays the selected watch list details. 10
**Note: Watch List may contain contracts with both live prices and delayed prices. Contracts with delayed prices will be denoted with (*) character. Delayed prices will be about 15-20mins. 1.Edit - Tap on Edit to edit selected watch lists. 2.Indices panel 3.Name Header 4.Price list header 5.Display Area - This panel will display the various indices to the user. Swiping left/right will switch between the different indices listed. **Note that (*) character indicates delayed prices for 15-20mins - Tap on the Name header to toggle between Name and Contract Code. - Tap on the header to change the displayed values. - Available selection: Bid, Ask, Change. - Tap on the contract name to view Counter Details of the selected contract. - Tap on the prices to be redirected to the Trade screen with the order information already filled in. 6.Footer Area - Icons to indicate which watch list the user is viewing. Swipe the Display Area to switch between different watch lists. 11
3.4.2 Edit Watch List The Edit screen allows user to rename watch list, add and remove contracts from the watch list. 1.Add - Tap on Add to add contract to watch list. 2.Search contract - Tap on the magnifier icon to search contracts. 3.Rename Watch - Tap and enter a new name to rename watch list. List - Watch list name can only contain alphanumeric characters and spaces. 4.Remove Contracts - Tap on the small red icon to remove contract from watch list. 3.4.3 Add Contracts into Watch List User can add contracts into watch list from Edit Watch List page. (Refer to 3.4.2. Edit Watch List) 12
Alternatively, user can go to Counter Details screen of a particular contract and tap on Add to Watch List. 1.Add to Watch - Tapping on the button will redirect user to the Watch List Name List screen. 2.Watch List Name - For user to choose the particular watch list to add the contract. 3.Cancel - Tap on Cancel to cancel the action. 3.5 Counter Details The Counter Details module provides a comprehensive source of information of the selected contract. It includes the commission rates, finance charges and margin requirement. 13
1.Last done - This panel will display the last done price, bid, ask prices of the price selected contract. 2.Details of contract - This panel will display the details of the contract. - The details include today s range, range for past 52 weeks, open price and traded volume. 3.Counter Details - This panel will display information such as commission rates, finance charges and margin requirement. 3.6 Portfolio The Portfolio module displays the list of open positions. 14
1. Account Summary - This panel displays available cash (in SGD) and equity balance (in SGD). 2. Name Header - Tap on Counter Name header to toggle between Counter Name and Code. 3. Display Area - Tap on a contract to display contract details or trade that particular contract. 4. Footer Area - This panel displays total unrealised profits/losses (in SGD). 3.7 Announcement The Announcement module displays a list of latest announcements that are 15
posted on POEMS Mobile (CFD) platform. 1.Announcements list 2.Announcement Details - This panel will display the list of announcements that are currently posted. - Tap on the announcement item to view the announcement details. - This panel will display the details of the selected announcement. 3.8 Settings The Settings module will show the settings available to the user. 16
1.Landing Page - For user to select the preferred landing page (Default landing page is the menu page). 2.Price Refresh Rate - For user to select the preferred price refresh rate (Default price refresh rate is every 2 seconds). 3.Order Status Refresh Rate - For user to select the preferred order status refresh rate (Default order status refresh rate is every 10 seconds). 17
