Director-level responsibility for every project We appoint a director to oversee every contract, ensuring we maintain clear communication and consistently high levels of customer service. In addition, we assign a dedicated contract manager and site supervisor to every job, delivering unrivalled levels of expertise and attention to detail for complete quality assurance. Tried and proven processes with nothing left to chance We understand the importance of following a robust, tried and proven process for handling all insurance-related repairs. That s why we have developed a reliable, practical and efficient end-toend process that takes away all the hassle from the insurer, while reassuring the policyholder that their home will be restored to its original condition by a dedicated team of specialists. Our proven six-step process for efficient insurance repairs*: 1. Contact policyholder within two hours of receiving an instruction from the insurer. 2. Send confirmation letter the same day. 3. Make initial appointment within 48 hours of instruction. 4. Submit initial price, specification and programme within 72 hours of first visit. 5.
