User manual for E-Services E-Services is an electronic channel for valued customers of Bualuang Securities to request for online services, including change E-mail, E-Document, and E-Request. With these feature, our customers will gain more convenience and easier to manage online services. Change E-mail An E-mail change will be effectively updated in all systems and apply to all services of Bualuang Securities. E-Document E-Document is an electronic document delivery set of services via E-mail. The services include daily transactions confirmation and/or any other services Bualuang Securities may provide in the futures such as account balance statement. E-Document subscription can be made on every business day before 6.00 p.m. In case that subscription is made after 6.00 p.m., your subscribed services will be effective on the next business day. E-Request E-Request is an electronic form for any request, such as cash deposit, and cash withdraw and/or any other requests Bualuang Securities may provide in the future. E-Request subscription can be made on every business day before 6.00 p.m. In case that subscription is made after 6.00 p.m., your subscribed services will be effective on the next business day.

Steps to request for E-Services 1. After logging into Bualuang i-trading, click on Personal Setting, and then on E- Services & Change Email 2. For the first time you choose E-Services, the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Electronic Transactions will be shown for you to read and accept. To accept the Terms, you need to click on button Agree. After that, the system will send e-mail you the detail of Terms acceptance to confirm you. In contrast, you can click on button Disagree, if you disagree with the Terms. 3. After clicking on button Agree, you can set your preference of E-Services by choosing menu Preferences on the left-hand bar. Our E-Services will be displayed on your screen. 2

- To change E-mail, you can fill your new E-mail address in box labeled New E- mail (In case you do not want to change E-mail, just leave it blank.) - To request for E-Document service, you can click on E-Document box and switch from disable to enable. - To request for E-Request service, you can click on E-Request box and switch from disable to enable. - Then click on button Submit. Remark: Before setting your preference, please carefully read the terms of use displayed in preferences menu. 3

Steps to use E-Request After applying for E-Request, you can use the following services on the next business day. 1. Deposit Notification When you have already deposited to Bualuang s bank account via ATM, bank teller, internet banking, or by cheque, you need to log into our system, and choose E- Services to fill in the details of deposit as follow: Click on menu Deposit Notification Fill your details of deposit as requested in all field. (For ref. no., you are required to fill in your method and time of deposit) You must also fill in your PIN to complete your request and then click OK. 4

After clicking on OK, the system will switch to next page for you to confirm your transaction. In this step, you have to click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to terminate. 5

After clicking on Confirm, you will see a message Your requested has been done on your screen. The system will then send a deposit notification to your E-mail and our staff. When our staff affirms that your request is correct, your credit line will be updated within 30 minutes. However, if your request is incorrect, our staff will contact you within 30 minutes. 2. Cash Withdraw With this service, you can choose to withdraw your collateral by transfer to your bank account, purchase money market fund, or transfer to your derivatives account, etc. Click on menu Cash Withdraw 6

Fill your details of withdrawal as requested in all field. You must also fill in your PIN to complete your request and then click OK. Remark: Owner of destination account must have the same name of transferring account. After clicking on OK, the system will switch to next page for you to confirm your transaction. In this step, you have to click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to terminate. 7

After clicking on Confirm, you will see a message Your requested has been done on your screen. The system will then send a withdrawal notification to your E-mail and our staff. When our staff affirms that your request is correct, your withdrawal will be processed. However, if your request is incorrect, our staff will contact you within 30 minutes. 8
