Should this cancellation be received less than 2 weeks before the event is due to take place, a cancellation charge of the total cost of the room hire for the event will apply. Should your cancellation be received less than 1 week before the event is due to take place, a cancellation charge of 50% of the entire cost of the event (including food, beverage and equipment hire) will apply.

DIRECTIONS Belfast International Airport On leaving the airport go in the direction of Templepatrick; take the motorway (M2) towards Belfast. Take the exit for Larne/Glengormley; this will bring you to a large roundabout. Take the lane for the A8 Larne direction and you will go over a hill, we are situated at the bottom of this hill off another roundabout. George Best Belfast City Airport On leaving the airport take the road to Belfast and it will join the M2 Northwards. Travel approximately 10 miles and take the lane for the A8 Larne and exit the Motorway. At the large roundabout take the A8 road to Larne and you will go over a hill, we are situated at the bottom of this hill off another roundabout Belfast Ferry Port When you exit from the port you will see signs for the M2, follow them and keep on it until the Larne/Glengormley A8 exit, this will bring you to a large roundabout. Take the lane for the A8 Larne direction and you will go over the hill, we are situated at the bottom of this hill off another roundabout. Larne Ferry Port On leaving the port turn right and head in the direction of Belfast, you will join a dual carriageway when you leave the port, continue on this road, DO NOT turn off, it is a straight road from Larne to Corr s Corner Hotel.
