3D VISUALISATION Whether it s a 3D architectural rendering, 3D city models, or any other type of 3D rendering, with DMT LAB TM there are virtually no limits to turning your ideas into reality. Our 3D rendering projects have spanned various industries: real estate, furniture, medical automotive and other products. Within 3D architectural rendering, one of our original core specialties, we have worked on resorts, commercial buildings, master plans, and high-rise and low-rise residential projects. But our award-winning design has also expanded beyond architecture. PERSPECTIVES The price of a 3D architectural image often is a difficult thing to define without knowing the full scope of the project. However, it is possible to give a general idea of prices according to certain criteria: the complexity of the project, the number of buildings to create, the environment around the building, the view, the desired level of detail, the resolution of final image, etc... EXTERIOR RENDERS µ µ In general, we offer package deals, more cost-effective than charging per image µ µ Fast timeframe: between one and two weeks µ µ Your design doesn t have to be finalised: we can fill in the gaps in the context of visualisation µ µ Visualisations are usually made from AutoCAD files. Scans of paper plans or even preliminary sketches and images can also be used. TIMEFRAMES & FEES We have the potential to speed up the process, but this can lead to increased costs if we have to reject or delay other projects. Over the years we have accumulated a large collection of materials (textiles, wood, metals, tiles, etc...), and furniture (chairs, lighting, tables, etc...) which allows us to swiftly populate interiors. Sometimes we are asked to create custom-made furniture. When the renders are finalized, the customer often requires a presentation brochure which includes additional information such as project details, floor plans or 3D colored floor plans (interior or landscape intergation), and elevations created from 3D models. We deliver presentations that are suitable for building permits, fundraising, marketing and competitions. INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL VISIT QTVR technology is a great way to promote and present a project, and it allows the clients and prospect to observe every possible angles, in order to assess the volumes, ergonomics and overall feel, and make better choices and decisions. Mark Raimondeau Position: Head of Design Director Experience: 14 years A multidisciplinary designer, art director and inventor, Mark leads design at DMT LAB. Having founded his design studio in 1999, Mark has built a legacy of technical and architectural renderings and 3D animations for an impressive range of architects, interior designers, TV stations and post-production companies in the USA, Europe and Middle East. However, his talents don t stop there; Mark has created EV and hybrid designs for the automotive industry, including cars and charging stations, the first of which went on display at the Geneva Auto Show 2011.
