Delamping T12 to T8 - Install 1- to 2-lamp T8, Rebate based on permanent removal of lamps, ballasts, and sockets in the any ballast factor $47 fixture. For example, retrofitting 4-lamp T12 to 2-lamp T8. Reducing T12 to T8 - Install 3-lamp, any quantity of fixtures does not qualify. Reflector Kits Delamping only $4 Reflector kits must be installed in conjunction with delamping and must be 90% reflectivity. Rebate is per fixture. Refrigeration EC Motors Replace shaded pole motors $90 walk-in $50 display Must be installed in refrigeration or freezer applications only Rebate is per door. Must install a controller that reduces the energy use of anti-sweat heater by 50% by sensing humidity, dew point or condensation. Rebate only applies to adding ASH controls to existing or new display cases and existing walk-in or warehouse coolers/freezers doors. No rebate is available for NEW walk-in/warehouse. Anti-sweat Heater Controls No controls $90

Rebate is per fan motor. Must control 4 fans or more. Evaporator fan control systems must turn off evaporator fans at least 70% of the time the compressor is not running. Must reduce the airflow of evaporator fans in walk-in coolers when compressor(s) cycles off while no refrigerant flows through the evaporator, and must control a minimum fan load of 1/20 horsepower when the fan(s) operate continuously at full speed. Rebate only applies to existing or new display cases and existing walk-in or warehouse coolers/freezers doors. No rebate is available for NEW walkin/warehouse. ECM Fan Controls No controls $40 Rebate is per LED light strip/tube. Must be Design Lights Consortium listed. Night Covers - Vertical or Horizontal No covers $6.50 Rebate is per linear feet. Night covers must be used when store is closed. Miscellaneous Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Constant speed motor with no VFD $100 Engine Block Heater Timer No timer $10 Rebate per horsepower (hp). 1-100 hp only. Equipment over 100 hp will be evaluated via custom efficiency application. VFD must operate a minimum of 2,000 hours per year to be eligible for rebate. Must be programmable timer. Holy Cross recommends using engine block heater just 2-4 hours before using vehicle. Be sure the timer is (1) a heavy duty, outdoor timer; (2) cold weather resistant; and (3) rated for 15 Amps (1800 watts) capacity.

Rebates are subject to change and/or discontinuation without notice. Funding is limited. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. 2. Rebates are for existing commercial spaces. All measures must be installed within Holy Cross territory. 3. New construction or major renovations will be considered under custom efficiency program. 4. Rebate checks will be sent 4-6 weeks after receiving completed rebate application. 5. Holy Cross Energy reserves the right to inspect the installation premises. 6. Any project not on a prescriptive list may be submitted for consideration under the custom efficiency program. 7. Holy Cross Energy is not liable or responsible for any act or omission of any party, consumer, or contractor whatsoever. 8. Rebate amount cannot exceed 50% of total project cost (material, labor, recycling fee -- no tax, shippping, or permit fees included in total costs). 9. Invoices and/or receipts for purchases and work performed must be furnished. 10. Rebate application and associated invoices/receipts must be received no later than 180 days from date of applicable invoices/receipts. 11. Consumer(s) of record must have an active electric account in good standing with Holy Cross Energy. 12. Commercial rebates are limited to $50,000 per year per member. 13. Itemized invoices showing manufacturer and model number of all equipment is required. 13. Ballasts, fluorescents, and other mercury containing lamps must be recycled and proof of recycling must accompany invoice.
