9 Business Energy Efficiency Rebate Promotes the selection and installation of high efficiency, off-the shelf, gas technologies, and energy efficiency measures in commercial and industrial properties. Customers purchase and install eligible equipment. Incentives are issued upon receipt of completed application and installation approval. 9

12 Business Custom Incentives Assist commercial business customers in implementing unique cost-effective gas energy efficiency measures. Incentives based on actual energy savings for each facility. Projects include equipment or process improvements that save gas and are not part of the Business Energy Efficiency Rebate. Program requires project pre-approval. 12

14 Retro-Commissioning Program Joint Nicor Gas and ComEd program. Reduce gas and electric consumption through more efficient controls and HVAC system operation. Offers a fully funded building assessment/study. Identify low cost (not capital) building controls, operational, and maintenance opportunities. Customer Commitment: $15-$30k implement measures with simple payback of <1.5 years. 14
