4 / Airline Modifiable Information (AMI) e-service Thales online application allows operators equipped with FMS Rev2+ or higher version to specify their choices of AMI parameters on the Thales Customer OnLine Web portal http://www.thalesgroup.com/customeronline

8 / What is Airline Modifiable Information? The FM is loaded with several elements: FM software NAVigation Data Base PERFormance Data Base MAGnetic VARiation Data Base Operational program Configuration file Additionally, it is possible to load: Airline Modifiable Information file (AMI) This database enables to customize a list of FM software parameters (general software options, airline policies, fuel policies, AOC, auto-print) to comply with specific Airline operational use. The AMI as an optional FM configuration file: If no AMI file is loaded in the FM, the software will use pre-set default values. If an AMI file is loaded in the FM, the software will use the values in the loaded AMI file.

A document containing: Description of the standard offer Subscription / Order Form Specific Service License Conditions (SLC) attached to the service Why a Service Enrolment Form? The SEF is used by Customers as a way to enroll to the service It is designed to be used as the Customer s Purchase Order Where to get the Service Enrolment Form? The SEF can be requested to your Regular Thales Account Management team or by mail to: marketing.asw@fr.thalesgroup.com
13 / How to get access? AMI online Service is available on: Thales Customer On Line (COL) web portal Aerospace 1 - Commercial Avionics 2 - Click on My customer area or select AMI in the My e-services menu, enter your login and password to access private home page. 2 2 1
14 / Submit a new AMI request Generate a new AMI by customizing the parameters in 5 steps Validation of the parameters (Deduction of 1 AMI in Customer s account)
15 / Download an AMI file An AMI master file is made of 6 AMI files that can be downloaded on to Customer s PC and duplicated on CD or disks as required for installation onboard the aircraft. File integrity is checked thanks to built in process. A CRC (Cycle Redundancy Control) is provided for each of the 6 AMI files allowing verification.
