At request of the management we reorganized the Housekeeping and other related services by placing a Hotel Manager. We took over the purchasing of all products and goods, in which we realized a reduction of the costs by 40%. Furthermore, we stationed a Project Developer who leads the building of new apartments. Plantation House is an estate with 18 luxury apartments for long stay in Takoradi and is a top location.
