If yu will nt be able t slve the prblem, yu can use Datalab s remte desktp supprt service t directly cnnect t the custmer s system and investigate the issue first hand, withut firewall recnfiguratin r installatin f sftware at the user s end. There are tw types f Datalab Develper partners - Develper and Gld Develper partner. If a sale is made using the Datalab channel, Datalab will charge a percentage f the license fee. PANTHEON usage and supprt Datalab Develper partners are allwed t use PANTHEON nly fr develpment purpses. Datalab Certified develper members may use PANTHEON t run their cmpany.
