Aside from medical, less vertical construction (DB) More runways, hangars, wharfs, piers, & security fencing (DBB) More emphasis on Energy: Sustainability now, Total Ownership Cost coming Energy specific projects being funded. Continued emphasis on Safety: Construction and Services contracts - NAVFAC-wide? Shorter contract terms (3 yrs) have returned to the normal 5 yrs.
