THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW EVOLVE INTERNET 1. Usage as per guidelines set within Optus Acceptable Use Policy. Optus Evolve Internet is available to eligible business customers (as defined by Optus). Optus Evolve Internet is available only within the Optus coverage area or where extended access is maintained. For commercial and technical reasons, not all businesses in Optus coverage areas can be connected to the service. Some customers will be connected via extended access. This means the customer is required to have an existing copper phone service and maintain that phone service for the duration of their internet agreement with Optus. Please ask your sales consultant for extended access pricing. Customers must connect to the service on a minimum 12 month contract. Early termination fees apply details of these can be found in the Standard Form of Agreement. Applications for the service must be in accordance with Optus Evolve Internet Standard Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Standard Form of Agreement. An Acceptable Use Policy applies. A copy of this can be found as an Appendix to the Standard Form of Agreement. Optus reserves the right to amend rates at any time. For technical and commercial reasons, Optus reserves the right to limit uploads and downloads. All prices quoted include GST. Silver Service: Displayed speed is based on Optus network testing. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as, Internet traffic, your hardware and software, the source of your download, and your location. Unused data allowance expires each month. BUSINESS ONLINE Domain Name: Domain Parking is only required when you register multiple domain names and point the extra domains to your website. This feature is available for an additional $120 a year. Customers requiring this functionality should upgrade to a Domain Parking account. Web Hosting: 1. Contract can be terminated on one month s notice. 2. The hosting space included with each plan is calculated by adding the monthly average of your website storage and the monthly average storage of all mailboxes under your account. Once your server space exceeds the allocated limit, an additional fee of $0.099 per extra MB per month is charged. 3.
