1 Service Overview tolomy s G Cloud services are designed to give you the best possible degree of control and transparency over your costs. To maximise cost efficiency on offer to our customers a wide range of pricing and billing models are available to choose as outlined in this pricing document. Our pricing model is designed to take the agility, flexibility and scalability that we can offer to our customers to a whole new level compared to the traditional rigid pricing models. If there are any specific requirements which are not covered in this pricing model document please do speak with our sales team who will be more than happy to put together a quote tailored to your specific requirements. Pricing Principles tolomy s billing is based on actual consumption as opposed to being based on a fixed pricing structure. In order to get the most benefit from your resources you may wish to consider the following principles:- What are the timescales when going from zero to full utilisation? Do you wish to implement all the VMs in one go or is this something which you are hoping to implement gradually over an extended period of time? Ensure that you have chosen the right sized servers; it is very easy to scale up adding resources such as CPU, memory and storage as your needs evolve. It may therefore be a good idea to start small and then expand as your needs change.. 2 Select virtual machine The first stage involves selecting a virtual machine based on size, service level and impact level. Each virtual machine is billed monthly, the prices are based on month s consumption. Customers can configure a VPN between Virtual Data Centres to enable communication between Micro VM s and other VM s. Billing is per month. During periods of non-utilisation charges will still be applied to storage and backup. If you require a virtual machine built to a specification not listed in the table above speak to one of our sales staff who will be more than happy to provide you a quote tailored to your requirements. 0

3 Additional Storage Requirements & Backup All Virtual Machines come with 50GB storage (except Micro), which cannot be pooled. Additional storage can be selected at the required level. Any storage allocated to each VM must have the same backup policy, the three choices customers have are no backup, day retention, or 8 day retention. Billing of Storage/Backup is per GB per month, each partial month consumed will be prorated as appropriate. Whilst a VM is stopped, charges will be applied to the persistent storage/backup element. 0

Disaster Recovery Service (DR) Pricing is based on the resources consumed when DR is invoked (compute, operating systems, storage and connectivity charges) and when DR is not (storage and connectivity). For procurement of service we would suggest the following specific steps: Step Calculate storage requirements Step Calculate charges Calculate storage requirements Customers must calculate the potential storage charges by estimating what their storage requirements are and take in to consideration the various backups and snapshots needed. There is a 5 per VM per month charge plus storage based on the below price. DR Storage 0.50 / GB / Month Calculate charges Calculate the potential charges when the VM is running i.e. when DR is invoked. See Compute pricing in section.. Managed Cloud Support Services This is an option that our clients can take up and is additional to any charges accrued by the underlying VMs. Per VM Customers will identify specific VMs they would like us to manage. This price includes:- Support and management of vendor supplied applications Monthly Service Reports Actively managed virtual datacentres, including firewall configuration Full ITIL Service Management of Virtual Machine Instances Patching for Operating Systems and vendor supplied applications Set and control access, user profiles and capabilities. Full machine monitoring, including load, storage space and alerts Full virus checking and patching Managed Cloud Support Services Option Included Hours Price per month Minimum Commitment Bronze 00 Months Silver 5 00 Months Gold Unlimited Option to be discussed with customer at time of purchase. Months Each option is priced per VM If you require additional time, this can be purchased as and when required. There is a three month minimum commitment after which the service will operate on a monthly rolling contract until cancelled by the customer. 05

The indicative pricing provided above is based on a service being provided Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 7:0 on normal UK working days. Extended hours or /7 operations please contact us to discuss further. Appendix A: Pricing and Discounts VAT All pricing discussed in this document is exclusive of VAT. Billing Information The customer will be billed on a monthly basis. The automated itemised bill will show the units consumed based on the Service Definitions. Service credits will be identified as applicable.
