All prices set out in this standard pricing table are GST inclusive. 2 PAYMENT TERMS (b) You must pay the charges for the service by direct debit payment from your credit card or via invoice through which you are able to choose to pay via BPay or cheque if applicable. You must pay the charges even if you are unable to use the service. 3 SET UP FEES We will charge you a one-off set up fee to set up the service as set out in the table below. 4 4 4 PRICING PLANS ^ If you are already using Microsoft Outlook and move to these plans you may incur in $135 migration fee. * If you require an IP address with the Web Hosting Executive plan you will incur a set up fee of $50. Should you require an IP address after the service has been provisioned, a transition fee of $135 will also be incurred. 4.1 What pricing plans apply to the service? (b) You must pay us a monthly service charge each month for the term of the agreement unless agreed otherwise. The pricing plans for the service are set out in the table below. (c) The minimum term of each pricing plan is either a month by month, 12 or 24 months, depending on the offer you have selected in your application. (i) (ii) You must pay us monthly any excess usage incurred by you when using the service. The excess usage for the service is set out in the tables below. Optus will charge you $0.099 per MB (rounded up) per month for either: data transferred from your site over 40GB for the Executive Plus hosting plan or 80GB for the Professional hosting plan; or (b) all incoming data delivered to your site; whichever is the lesser. In addition and separate to the charges above, if the ratio of the outgoing data to incoming data exceeds 6:1 and outgoing data exceeds 1TB, Optus will charge you for all outgoing data sent in excess of the 6:1 ratio at $0.099 per MB per month. 9 9 Optus Exchange Excess storage is calculated at company level, based on the combined total of the average daily storage usage of each Exchange mailbox and the Public Folder (if applicable) under the account across the given month. Excess storage is charged at $0.099 per MB per month. The effective data storage rate for the 100MB Storage Add-On is $0.05 per MB per month. Optus SharePoint If your SharePoint site's data transfer exceeds the allocated amount per month, an additional fee of $0.077 per extra MB per month is charged. The server space that is included with this plan is calculated by adding the monthly average of your website storage and the monthly average of storage of all your mailboxes under this account. Once your document and database storage space exceeds the allocated limit, an additional fee of $0.099 per extra MB per month is charged. Optus Secure Data Backup No excess usage charges apply on any Optus Secure Data Backup pricing plan. You will be notified via when you exceed your storage limit you will not be able to backup/upload more files, though you may continue to recover files until you free up some storage space. Optus Domain Name, SiteBuilder and Promotions Manager Excess usage is not applicable to these products 5 OTHER CHARGES 5.1 Monthly Account Processing Fee if you do not pay us by direct debit If you do not pay your account by direct debit, we will charge you $3.50 per month per account as an account processing fee. 5.2 Late Or Non-Payment Fees And Charges If you do not pay all amounts you owe us by the date the payment is due, we may charge you a late fee of: Unpaid Amount Less than $100 Late Fee $10 per month (no GST payable)

10 10 Unpaid Amount Late Fee $100 or more $10 per month plus 2% above the prime lending rate charged to us by the ANZ Bank calculated daily on the unpaid amount above $100 (including any late fees already incurred). (b) This late fee is payable until all outstanding amounts are paid. 5.3 Payment Dishonour Charges (b) We may charge you a dishonour fee of $22 if your payment is dishonoured by your nominated financial institution or credit provider. This fee is in addition to any fees that your financial institution or credit provider may charge you. 5.4 Cancellation fee If you cancel the service before the end of the minimum term, we will charge you a cancellation fee pro-rated equal to the sum of the monthly payments for the remaining length of the minimum term, plus any unpaid equipment charges, if applicable. We will not refund you any unused portion of fees paid in advance (including payment of yearly contracts).
