3D visual 3D visual Project description: The intervention in implementing the project connecting Maremmana - Tiburtina through the creation of a new bridge on the Aniene 313.0me of a split-level junction, achieving the target of a link with no points of conflict and away from the town. The route embraces three operations described in PRUSST, GT4-11 GT - GT12. A pr. 0 +163.63 the path of the project exceeds the Fosso Scalette, in the section in which these discharging into River Aniene, with a bridge single span of length equal to 23.00 m. The project involves the simultaneous reprofiling of the bed of the Pit ladders, just upstream of crossing that emerges after a long stretch tombato, and the establishment of appropriate bank protection works with mattresses like "Reno" and their subsequent re-naturation. Environmental impact of the Madonna della Vena viaduct Project description: The viaduct is composed of 6 spans a total length of 270 m, measured on axis supports shoulders. The deck is in steel-concrete composite structures, consisting of two steel beams of variable height between 1.50 m at the centerline and at the supports of the ends of compact board, and 2.40 m to intermediate supports. The beams are arranged at intervals of 8.0 ft above the base solid completion in a total thickness equal to 0.31 m. The lattice of deck beams shall be supplemented by longitudinal and transverse pin positions on the span and at the alignment of support. The static scheme, with reference to vertical loads, is of the continuous beam of more spans. The diagram of constraint of the deck provides at each alignment support the use of elastomeric isolators able to ensure a coefficient of viscous damping at least equal to 15%. These insulators will be characterized by high vertical stiffness at least equal to 800 times the horizontal stiffness. Project description: The viaduct consists of 3 spans a total length of 86.60 meters, measured in the lean-back axis. Characteristic of the work are the side spans of light greatly reduced compared to the central span. The set consisting of each span of the edge and the shoulder allows to realize a constraint "snap" to the central span consequently reducing the stresses due to the actions agents. It follows that the two ends of the bridge remain subject to tension for any load condition. The transmission of the relevant traction stresses behind will be through a particular system of anchoring in metal structural work. The deck is a steel-concrete composite structures. Client: ANAS SPA 3D view of the model Assignement: Design of the new road and viaduct leading to La Spezia Completamento del Lotto 2 Team members: VIA ingegneria SrL Mission: Detailed design (structural and hydraulic) Location: La Spezia (SP), Italy Year of implementation: 2011 Progress: Tender stage ongoing Detailed design completed Contact: COGIP SpA via Trinacria 15 Tremestieri Etneo (CT) Project description: The metal core is made with tubular steel elements in "COR.TEN", to provide intermediate support to the deck structures. It is a three-dimensional structure, with tubes inclined in two directions which tend to converge at the top, connected below the plane of the deck by cross-members, always made with tubular elements, which constitute the intermediate supports of the main beams, and in the direction longitudinal members by two other tubular elements to stabilize the structure in this direction. It follows that the deck, with an overall length axes in support of 60 m, is divided into three bays of light equal to 15 m for spans of 30 m to the edge and center. The deck is provided with a composite steel-concrete section. General plan 3D view of the model Variante all abitato di La Spezia, Lotto 2 La Spezia
Client: PENTAPOLI SCARL Assignement: Detailed design of the third roadway on the road between North Rimini and Pedaso Team members: VIA ingegneria SrL Mission: Detailed design (structural and hydraulic) Location: Cesi (MO), Italy Year of implementation: 2010 Progress: Tender stage ongoing Detailed design in progress Cesi viaduct plan Long section through the Cesi viaduct Viadotto di Cesi Rimini (RI)
Long section through the back deck Project description: The viaduct is planned as part of expansion work to the third lane of the Catholic - Fano A14 motorway. It consists of 3 spans a total length of 166 m, measured on axis supports shoulders. The deck is in steel-concrete composite structures, consisting of two steel beams of constant height equal to 3.40 m, placed at a center distance of 10.75 me connected by transverse load-bearing core filled with a distance of 6.0 m (4.0 m in adjacency to the backing stack). A longitudinal beam plug is the main pillar of the slab. The changes have sidelightequalto2.80m. The slab is complete reinforced concrete and has a total thickness equal to 0.29 m and is connected to the beams by means of pegs Nelson. It is provided the use of prefabricated self-supporting slabs (predalles) with bottom metal sheet 5 mm thick woven in the transverse direction. The static scheme, with reference to vertical loads, is of the continuous beam of more spans. Joint details Short sections through the viaduct Viadotto di Cesi Rimini (RI)
Client: Comune di Tivoli Assignment: Feasibility study (environmental, technical and economic) of the Monteripoli Tunnel Team members: VIA Ingegneria SrL Mission: Detailed design (structural and hydraulic) Location: Tivoli (RM), Italy Year of implementation: 2008 Progress: Tender stage ongoing Detailed design completed General plan Short section through pillar Viadotto di Monteripoli Tivoli (RM)
Project description: Regarding the connections, the segments of the main beams are fully welded, while the links between the transverse beams and the main beam and the unions regarding the type of plug will be bolted. The insole is constituted by the predalle of a thickness of 6cm,dulyarmedinamannerastobeself-supporting during casting, and by the jets of completion in place of a thickness of 25 cm. The static scheme, with reference to vertical loads, is of the continuous beam of more spans. Environmental impact simulation of the Monteripoli viaduct The diagram of constraint involves the use of check valves antiseismic double acting on one of the two shoulders of each viaduct (shoulder fixed, in this case corresponding to the shoulder "A" - side Saragat), acts to limit the extent of the horizontal actions longitudinal transmitted seismic event. In addition, the viaducts have been equipped with insulation system also in the transverse direction through the adoption of the supports in steel-teflon insulators equipped with transverse elastoplastic behavior.
