This week, 8c beat their rival and the advanced to the semi-finals with 8D. 8-C 9 7-B 3 LITTLE BASKETBALL Little Basketball team, which consist of Grade 5 & 6 students, played their fisrt prep match against Darüşşafaka. Newsltter No: 3 ( 02 November 16 November 2015 ) page 6 SOCCER Thursday, November 12, we participated in the soccer tournament that was held in Bahçeköy Sport Stadium with 2 teams consisting of Grade 4&5, and Grade 6 students. The host was British International School. The school team had 5 matches in the group and advanced to the finals. One of the school teams became champion; whereas the other team became 3rd. VOLLEYBALL, SCHOOL TEAMS; Selcen Özkaya Seçil, the middle school principal, gave medals to Grade 7 & 8 students who took part in Republic week activities. Ranking in the matches: 1. 8 B 2. 8 C 3. 7 A 4. 8 D Thursday, Devember 3 we will hold the 3rf Teachers Week Volleyball Tournament with four teams. We are preparing for the matches.
Newsltter No: 3 ( 02 November 16 November 2015 ) page 7 VOLLEYBALL CHAMPION CLASS: 8B There will be a volleyball development camp in Antalya between January 31st and February 5th 2016 (Semester Break). 12 students will participate. The aim is to help students personal development and social participation skills. The camp is in Gloria Resort Hotel Belek Antalya. There will be trainings and torunament matches. Students are looking forward to it. ENKA SPORT CLUB TEAMS Little and Star Girl teams play matches. Star Girls team got 4 victories in 5 matches and they are trying to advance to the next level. Licence process and training preparations continue for mini volleyball groups.
