Be sure to write down the account number and expiration date. Once you click the complete button, you will not be able to retrieve this information. Documents to the customer Once you click Complete, all forms need to be delivered to the customer. If the customer still wishes to use the card for the down payment, provide them with the attestation form for additional signature to proceed. Once they have signed, scan and email attestation form to BCUSapps@barclaycardus.com. Include the customer name, site id and date in the subject line. An example subject line would be: Joan Smith - XXXXXX - 06-01-2012 Keep one copy for the resort records and return original to customer along with application

Unable to provide an instant decision - Additional information required Some applications will require addition information for completion. If this screen displays, follow given instructions. If the applicant is approved after speaking to the BCUS representative, click the www.myapplicationstatus.com/barclays link on the pend screen and follow the instructions on the check app status page. Check Application If an applicant is approved over the phone you will need to follow this process in order to obtain the temporary account number for the down payment purchase On this screen you will key in the Last name, last four of the social security number, and the zip code. Do NOT key in the E-mail address Click Check Status If the representative is not able to provide an instant decision then click the complete button on the screen shown at the top of this page. If the applicant is approved, proceed as with Instant Approval or as with the Higher Rate.
Unable to provide an instant decision There will be occasion that an instant decision is unavailable. If you get the pend screen, scan and email attestation form to BCUSapps@barclaycardus.com. Include the customer name, site id, and date in the subject line. An example subject line would be: Joan Smith - XXXXXX - 06-01-2012 Advise customer that you were unable to obtain an instant decision at this time and that they will receive a response in the mail. Then hand them back the keyed application and attestation form. Click on the Complete button to complete this application and to return to the login screen.
