Ticketing system and access control
Objective System is designed to control sale and booking of tickets as well as access of the public to the center. Allows management of availability required for each enclosure type: Centers with one or more of different availabilities: Museums and monuments Theme, Amusement and Leisure parks Centers with sessions and numbered seats: Cultural activitie Sports activities Purpose The system takes care of all the operations and functions necessary for these centers to print and manage their tickets, access and sales. Functions Sales and Booking Its first function consists in performing and control of reservations: shows visitors the dates and times on which they can buy or reserve tickets, through different channels. Apps for these reservations or control are: Ticket offices at the center, Automatic ticket machines, call center, online sales and mobile applications. All these applications results in a ticket; which is either collected in the box office or used to access to the event. Tickets are printed with a QR code to be validated at the Access. Access The system has an Access Control module operating with different elements that perform reading barcodes (QR) printed in the tickets of the sale apps: PDAs Turnstile, and wicket gates Availability Control Availability can be controlled from the sale or at the access, since there is not a closed configuration of enclosures. The design and configuration of spaces can be customized by the center when need it. System assures that is not duplicated the sale for the same space, date and time. The system is multi capacity and multi enclosures: from the sales / reservation can control all spaces of the center with limited availability, regardless of type of limit: free, with sessions numbered or not. An important advantage of the system is the ease of making reservations for workshops with quota management for specific rooms, with the possibility of booking different workshops taking place in the same space without overlap in dates and times.
Statistical control All information generated from sales, reservations or access, is broken down into reports right from the moment is performed. Shown sales or access by date range, schedules, box office, users or centers (by center when the information is controlled centrally). Sales break down by type of ticket, clients and gateways. Economic control All applications of sales give results by different means of payment: cash, credit card, transfer, etc., which are broken down in economic reports that can be viewed immediately. It also allows sales on deferred or delayed, as well as total or partial annulations. All sales information will be available immediately for the center. It eliminates fraud because all economic information is recorded. New Technologies This system grows and develops in the same way that new communication technologies are incorporated into society. Internet sales and through mobile applications (APP) are the latest functionality developed for the system, incorporating barcode (QR) on the screen of mobiles to perform the access to the centers without tickets printed in paper.
