Reparaties en garantiegevallen: Alle binnenkomende garantiegevallen behandelen wij nog dezelfde dag. Werking en burn-in test Op uw verzoek kunnen wij de hardware uitgebreid testen voordat het naar u of uw klant verzonden wordt Configuratie en INSTALLATIE SERVICE Met de hulp van Jarltech kan de stress die een installatie kan veroorzaken bij grote projecten enorm worden gereduceerd. Op uw verzoek installeren en configureren wij systemen, PC s en andere apparaten voordat wij hen naar u of direct naar uw klant(en) versturen. Dit kan de installatie zijn van uw eigen logo s, uw POS software op een kassasysteem, alsook eventueel het voorzien van apparaten zoals printers of scanners met uw eigen naam. Ook de configuratie van Windows CE op handheld apparaten of de reguliere installatie van Windows op een PC. Uw technici hoeven geen uren meer te besteden aan de configuratie van systemen- en of apparaten. Wat zij enkel nog moeten doen is het plaatsen en aansluiten van de systemen en apparaten op de gewenste locatie. Vooral bij grote bestellingen kan onze configuratie en installatie service u enorm veel tijd en personeelskosten besparen. Bovendien geeft Jarltech u en uw klanten de garantie dat de aangeschafte systemen naar behoren werken. De apparaten worden tijdens de configuratie gelijktijdig onderzocht op mogelijke defecten en- of beschadigingen. Deze defecte apparaten worden er natuurlijk onmiddellijk tussenuit gehaald. Deze garantieverlenging kan gecombineerd worden met de pre-exchange service. Pre-Exchange Service: Valt een met deze optie gekocht product tijdens de garantieperiode van de fabrikant of de bij ons aangeschafte verlengde garantieperiode uit, dan is uw telefoontje bij ons al voldoende! Wij sturen direct een reserveproduct naar uw adres, of indien gewenst, direct naar uw klanten. Pas na ontvangst retourneert u het defecte product aan ons, dit binnen 10 dagen. Het reserveproduct houdt u gewoon, deze hoeft niet meer vervangen te worden. Deze service kost eenmalig acht procent van de prijs van het product. Deze service is geldig gedurende de gehele garantieperiode zelfs als deze verlengd is.

Ongeacht of het probleem is veroorzaakt tengevolge van onvoorzichtigheid, uitzonderlijk intensief gebruik, nalatigheid of ongetraind personeel. Met onze Volledige Casco Garantie, behoren hoge onderhoudskosten of onverwachte onderhoudskosten van hardware tot het verleden. Tegen een extra betaling van 18 procent, ontvangt u een»all inclusive«service pakket van Jarltech. Als een apparaat niet meer werkt zoals het hoort te werken gedurende de eerste drie jaar na aankoop, ongeacht de oorzaak, repareren wij het apparaat of het wordt vervangen door een gelijkwaardig apparaat. Dit zonder tijdrovend papierwerk, discussies en/of onderzoeken. Het voordeel voor uw klant is duidelijk: Hoewel de initiële kosten hoger zijn, zijn gedurende de gehele garantieperiode onverwachte kosten van hardwaredefecten uitgesloten. Op langere termijn, is de investering gewaarborgd en uw klant is altijd verzekerd van vervanging van zijn defecte hardware. De Volledige Casco Garantie is beschikbaar voor alle producten met een prijs van 150 euro of meer. Alleen slijtbare onderdelen zoals inktlinten, printkoppen, enz. zijn uitgesloten van de garantie. Echter, alle schades die niet zijn veroorzaakt door vandalisme, brand of opzettelijke vernieling, vallen onder deze garantie.
