26 Observation Requirements What do you want to observe? How do you want to observer it? When do you want to observe it? Who needs to observe it? Do you need to react to it? ie.. stop the test

27 Observation Plan Select the channels to be observed Determine how you want to observe those channels (what tools and their configuration) Determine who will observe these channels (audience) Choose a person who will be in charge for each of those channels Determine what actions you will take based on the readings from those channels
